Where should I stay?

Honolulu/Waikiki vs. Ko'Olina

We are excited to introduce you to different parts of the island that have meaning in our lives.  Our events are taking place in two different areas:

–  November 29 - 30 @ Honolulu/Waikiki:  Waikiki is where most tourists go when visiting Oahu. It has the best selection of hotel options on island.
–  December 1 - 3 @ Ko'Olina:  The remainder of the events, including the wedding ceremony & reception, take place in Ko'Olina on the West side of the island.

We plan to stay in the earlier part of the week in Honolulu, and will move over to Ko'Olina on Thursday, December 1, just in time for the pool/beach party.

A drive from Waikiki to Ko'Olina takes about 40 minutes without traffic. In the link below, we've prepared a resource for you to understand some of the parts around the island. If you have any questions, ask Shawn & Jay!

Travel Notes & Tips

Airport Name: Daniel K. Inouye International Airport

Rental Car: Having a rental car makes exploring the island much easier, but you can certainly enjoy Oahu without a car.

Uber/Lyft/Taxi: Accessible all over the island, remember it's a busy city though so there may be surge pricing.  Four Seasons informed us there are not issues at the end of the night getting Ubers home from that side of the island back to Waikiki or elsewhere.
