Jaden & Kyle saw each other for the first time on July 28th 2017 at the Lakefield Fair. Their eyes were both locked on each other and they both felt a spark that they cannot explain. They saw each other only in passing for the rest of that summer, however they did not start truly talking until September. Jaden and Kyle were both out at a bar with some friends, when Jaden noticed Kyle standing at the bar. Jaden noticed him and instantly knew she had to go talk to him. Jaden approached Kyle and they started talking. Kyle later told Jaden that he saw her walking across the room, and he said that he honestly thought that she was glowing. He said he saw this girl walking towards him and truly thought it was an angel.
It was only a few short weeks after this that Jaden & Kyle finally went on their first date on October 2nd. Kyle and Jaden spent the entire day together; four wheeling, hiking, canoeing, getting pizza & hitting up the Buckhorn Dump because Jaden had never saw a bear before and Kyle wanted to be the first to show her. On October 19th, Kyle officially asked Jaden to be his girlfriend.
Ever since that first date they have been inseparable, spending nearly everyday and every night together. They now live together just north of Burleigh Falls & have a Great Dane puppy, Frank. They are extremely excited to begin this next chapter of their lives.
On January 11, 2019 at 1am, just before they were about to leave on a vacation to Mexico, Kyle got down on one knee and asked Jaden to marry him, standing in the exact same spot that they both told each other they loved one another for the first time.
Due to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic, Kyle & Jaden have been forced to make necessary cuts to their guest list. In a non-covid world, they would have loved to have all of their family & friends join them in celebrating their marriage.
Please don't take the lack of invitation personally, it was a very difficult decision to be made and they truly will regret not seeing so many of your faces.
