Byblos Tour
Tour of the Byblos Castle, walk around the old Souks all the way down to the Byblos Port and visit the Saint John Church
At night, the souk lights up and has some beautiful bars with a unique experience (we can recommend Edde Yard and Garden)

Cedars of God
Full day hike around the Cedar forest (to stop at Bouzet Salem on the way – best traditional Lebanese ice-cream) and have lunch in Jannet el Arz (if you have time to also visit En El Sawda)
Cedar is the of symbol of Lebanon (you can see it on the flag) - and is native to the mountains of the Eastern Mediterranean basin
(1h30 from Byblos) – need a full day and a car
Jeita Grotto and Harrisa
Jeita Grotto and Harrisa are located around the same area
The Jeita Grotto is composed of 2 limestone crystallized grottoes characterized by extraordinary concretions of stalactites and stalagmites sculpted naturally in different forms, sizes and colors
Harissa has a statue of Our Lady of Lebanon, and is a Marian shrine and a pilgrimage site in Lebanon.
Once you hike up the statue, you will have a top view and unique view of Lebanon and the Jounieh Bay
Chouf
A day trip in Chouf which includes a lunch in Mir Amin restaurant – to also visit Dar el Qamar, Beiteddine, Barouk
This is located around 1h30 away from Beirut
Beirut Tour
There are many things to discover around Beirut below is a list of options in case you prefer to spend the day in the City!
- Raouché is an iconic landmark of Lebanon, known for its two iconic rock formations in picturesque seaside surrounds
- Sursock Museum is a modern art and contemporary art museum in the city; the building is also very iconic and traditional that was first built in 1912
- Mar Mkhayel is also a very nice neighborhood to discover during both day and night; during the day it's filled with cute places, bars, restaurants, bookstore such as paper cup
Batroun and Ixsir
Ixsir is a Lebanese winery founded in 2008 and located just outside Batroun, north Lebanon. The name is derived from the Arabic word for "elixir" - a tasting tour would need to be pre-arranged and you can have lunch in the garden
You can then continue to Batroun and walk around the old souks a must try is the Hilmi limanade, and you can visit the St Stephan Church (one of the biggest and most beautiful churches of Lebanon. It overlooks the fishermen's port)
Colonel
Colonel is a bar, brewery and distillery
It has an outside seating and a beach bar where you can enjoy a tasting of the local made beer!
Babel Bahr
Babel Bahr is a Lebanese restaurant by the bay of Amshit, the food is very good and the experience is very unique
Jammal Restaurant
Jammal Restaurant has Lebanese food where you can place your table in the sea and eat while your toes are in the sand and the water!
You can also spend the day there at the beach!
Liza
Liza is a very famous Lebanese food restaurant in the city with a great food and in a very traditional setting given an authentic experience
Mayrig
Mayrig is an Armenian/Fusion restaurant located near Gemmayze in Beirut.
It is serves great food and has a fun mood during weekends
If you go there for dinner you should try the bar right next to it called Cyrano which is also very busy on weekends
Pacifico
Pacifico is a Mexican restaurant and bar that is very busy in the summer - you can choose to sit inside with louder music or the outdoor terrace
Grecco
Grecco is located in the North, in Jbeil. It's by the beach and serves a good variety of fresh sea food and Lebanese appetizer. It's especially known for it's beautiful and unique view.
Highly recommend going for sunset drinks followed by a dinner!
ARTHAUS
Arthaus is an international restaurant in the heart of Gemmayze with great cuisine and an amazing evening experience.
It's also a guesthouse hotel, and an art gallery offering a unique experience in a traditional Ashrafiye house.
It's one of the most recommended experience in Beirut for a nice evening!
Baron
Baron is a sharing concept restaurant in Gemmayze Beirut.
Very popular hangout by locals for a cozy dinner (and a great date spot!
Divvy
Divvy is a great international restaurant in Gemmayze! Perfect place for a meal before drinks!
Metropole
Metropole is a French Brasserie with a cafe trottoir feel that is very popular on weekends
Centrale
Centrale is a great French restaurants in Beirut, it has a nice terrace garden in summer and great food!
Tavolina
Tavolina is a great Italian trattoria in Mar Mkhayel, a great little dinner place before drinks in the city!
Mario e Mario
Mario e Mario is a great Italian restaurant in Beirut, very cozy place with a great garden terrace in summer!
Appetito
Appetito is a very cozy and good Italian Trattoria in Batroun. Great for a quick lunch!
It also has branches in Beirut and throughout Lebanon!
Ai Restaurant & Lounge
Ai restaurant and lounge is the newest Japanese restaurant in Beirut with great food and music.
Clap
Clap Beirut is a very popular restaurant and lounge.
In summer the rooftop opens for a great Beirut evening experience!
Kampai
Kampai is a great Japanese restaurant in Beirut especially known for it's sushi!
Bar Tartine
If you are looking for a quick and fresh bite we can recommend to pass by Bar Tartine! They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a variety of eggs, fresh pastries and tarts; sandwiches and salads.
Bar Tartine has great Brunches as well!
It has different branches around the country which makes it very practical!
Iris
Iris is a rooftop lounge in Beirut by the water, very popular in the summer. Tables need to be booked in advance - they also have live bands and entertainment
It is also very known for its sunset drinks where no reservations are needed
Sapa
Sapa is a lounge restaurant in Beirut - it is very popular on weekends with great vibes and finger food
Bar du Port
Bar du port is a very popular bar in Beirut, especially in summer given it's outdoors area
Le Grand Bar
Le Grand Bar is a new bar and lounge and Beirut, with great drinks, music and vibes!
Analogue
Analogue is a great restaurant and bar known for their cocktails and live music!

In Beirut the most popular area is Mar Mkhayel with many bars and options (we can mainly recommend Lockstock and Fabrk)
If you go there you MUST end the night at Burger Bros where the best after party food is!
Souk Jbeil also has some amazing bars located in the heart of the old souk
A very traditional after party destination is Zaartar w Zeit where everyone meets up to have some good manouche (traditional sandwich with flat bread)!
Spine
Spine a Lounge and Club located just outside of Beirut, it's a rooftop with great music that starts off as a lounge and continues into a late party
Pierre & Friends
Pierre and Friends is a very popular beach bar near Batroun.
It is very popular for sunset drinks and is a wooden bar located right on the water.
You can even spend the day there by the water and have some drinks and Lebanese food
Anforini
Anforini is located in the North of Lebanon, it is an area with many beaches with small pools
We can recommend Chez Fouad, which has a nice pool, good music and drinks with sea food served for lunch
