                                        Dear family and friends,
The past several weeks have been difficult for all of us as we navigate with uncertainty a path forward during a global pandemic. As you can imagine, we have been patiently awaiting guidance from medical experts and local leaders about our ability to gather and celebrate our wedding in July. The long-term changes to social gatherings remains uncertain, but given where we are – less than two months away from our wedding date – it is clear it will not be safe to bring together our entire guest list for our marriage and reception on July 25.
We made the difficult decision to cancel our previous wedding plans and instead will have a small ceremony and reception at Hollie’s parents residence. We are compelled to limit the number of wedding guests to immediate and local family and the wedding party. We apologize for the relatively short notice on this update, especially to guests who were planning to travel to attend.
We are blessed to have each and every one of you in our lives and we are deeply saddened that circumstances beyond our control has led to this. We also care about your health and safety and feel this path forward is in the best interests of those we hold nearest and dearest to our hearts. Beyond anything else, we are ready and excited to join together in marriage and feel passionately about holding our original wedding date for the occasion.
We know we will see you soon, when it is safe to do so, and look forward to extending our celebration with each of you, when that day comes.
If you have any questions about this change of plans, please contact us directly: Mark (612-940-7554): Hollie (801-564-2554)
With all of our love,
Hollie and Mark
