Our story is pretty easy.

We met on the internet. Now that's not the right place at the right time, that's Los Angeles.
Hilary grew up in LA, and Ryan in the suburbs of New York.
Ryan ended up on the left coast merely on a whim after he was offered an opportunity to help build a museum for the Academy of Motion Pictures.
Hilary lived in New York for two years after college, at the same time Ryan lived in New York, but their paths never crossed in the Big Apple.
Now both in Los Angeles, Hilary and Ryan met on Bumble.
Hilary said "Hey, how's it going" inspired by Ryan's tagline which read: "I do dope stuff."
Ryan couldn't wait for Hilary to leave the apartment the morning of May 11, 2019. She made a plan to go to Bunda, her favorite workout at the time, with her sister Jamie. Little did she know, Ryan asked Jamie to make the plan to make sure Hilary was out of the apartment. The minute the girls left, Ryan called in his back up. Ryan and his elves worked tirelessly to set up the apartment with roses (Hilary's favorite flower), photos of them and the families hanging throughout, and candles. When the class was over, Hilary headed back home and once she got to the door, she immediately smelled her favorite candle burning (Le Labo Santal 26). She knew right away something was up - it wasn't like Ryan to light candles on Saturday mornings! When she opened the door, she heard their song playing, "May I Have This Dance." Ryan was waiting in the living room for her, got down on one knee and proposed! Of course, the answer was YES!!
