Venue: Monkey Valley Resort
Important Info

Wedding - 7 March 2020

We would love to have you there to share our special day together with us and our families. We have chosen Monkey Valley Resort in Noordhoek, Cape Town for the celebrations.

For those of you who will be travelling down from Pretoria/Joburg, or Durban and especially those who are coming from overseas we know that we are asking a lot from you.

While we do understand that it might not be possible for everyone to make it, it would mean the world to us if you are there.

Itinerary (NB)

Monkey Valley Resort Accommodation

We plan on staying at Monkey Valley from Friday, 6 March until Monday, 9 March.

We would love for everyone to stay at the venue over the same period if possible. Alternatively if you are able to stay only one or two of the nights that will also be great. Of course, if you live in Cape Town and would prefer to go home that night, you're more than welcome.

Our wedding will be the same weekend as the Cape Town Argus which means that guests will need to book accommodation ASAP. There is more than enough space for all of our guests to stay at the venue. However, because it is the same weekend as the Argus, accommodation is getting booked out quickly.

Please contact Ann from Monkey Valley directly at ann@monkeyvalleyresort.com if you want anymore information regarding accommodation or to go ahead and make a booking. She will be co-ordinating all of the accommodation so please remember to mention that it is for the wedding of Hayley and Peter.

Please also feel free to contact me here; hayleyjones98@gmail.com if you would like to know anything.

We would also really appreciate it if you could either let myself, Peter, or my mom know once you have booked your accommodation (You can even just let us know via the app).

If for some reason you aren't able to book accommodation soon, there are a few Airbnb options, guesthouses and hotels around the Noordhoek area (If Monkey Valley no longer has vacancies).

Travel Notes

Flights

For those of our guests who will be flying down from Pretoria or Joburg we advise that you book flights ASAP.

Again, because it's the same weekend as the Argus, the price of flights is going to be quite expensive - especially if you book late. I checked flight prices recently and it's still reasonable. So the sooner you book the better.

Also keep in mind that if you wish to fly out on Sunday you should book flights for either early morning (probably not a good idea haha) or later on Sunday evening. Since many of the roads will be blocked off for the Argus you will have trouble trying to get to the airport midday.
