Kishemia Hill
Maid of Honor

God-fearing, wise, generous, funny, loving, supportive and joyful, my sister-cousin is all of these things and more and I'm so blessed to have her in my life. Since childhood she's been right there guiding me, protecting me, and loving me unconditionally. I can't remember a single moment in my life that she hasn't been there to pray for me and support me in all that I do. I couldn't imagine taking this next step in my life without her. Sister-cousin, I want you to know how much I love you, and thank you for being there as I get ready to walk down the aisle. Once again, you've shown up for me, and I am forever grateful.

Toya Woodard
Matron of Honor

Words can't express what it's like to have that special someone you can go to for anything, who gets your silly jokes (and laughs at them), who's there to lift you up when you're feeling down, someone you can depend on, someone you can cry with in one moment, then crack up with in the next, someone who truly gets you. I've found that someone in my best friend, Toya. Over the years we’ve “grown up” together; experiencing life and being there for each other for the big moments and the small ones too. We share hundreds of “remember when…” stories and have had too many laughs to count. We’ve built something special, and I’m so grateful that God has placed you in my life. I appreciate your beautiful spirit and the way you care so deeply for those you love. I cherish our friendship, our sisterhood ~ I cherish you with all of my heart. As I take this next step in my journey, I’m truly blessed to have you by my side. Here’s to many more years of sisterly love and friendship.

Sarah Reynaga
Bridesmaid

They say as you get older, your circle of friends gets smaller, but the quality gets better. I completely agree with this statement because in my small circle is an amazing woman, I'm so proud to call my friend. My Sarah is loving, caring, loyal and someone I can always depend on. In the years we've known each other we've experienced life's ups and downs and have been there to support each other through them all. We've shared our hopes and dreams and have been there to see many of them come to pass. I've truly treasured every moment and now as I enter this new chapter of my life, there you are still, right by my side. Thank you for always being there my Sarah, and for standing with me as I say "I Do" to my love.

Isaiah Bosley Jr.
Best Man

Isaiah (affectionately known as Heavy), is my first cousin and best friend. Growing up together we shared a special bond, and we still do to this day. I truly appreciate the relationship we’ve built over the years. I know Heavy has my back – if ever I seem to lose my way, he is always there to talk and help guide me in the right direction. He is someone I can always depend on, I am honored to have him stand with me as my best man.

Tremaine Woodard
Groomsman

This man came into my life about four years ago. I met him through my bride to be, and ever since then, he’s been a good friend and like a brother to me. We share a lot of common interests, and I can always count on him for a laugh and a good time. I admire and respect the man he is, and truly appreciate the example he sets as a husband and father. It means the world to me to have him participate in this very special moment in my life.

Lewis Galloway Jr.
Groomsman
This young man is my nephew. I’ve had the honor and pleasure of watching him grow up into the upstanding man he is today. Though distance and schedules prevent us from spending as much time together as we would like, I know he’s just a phone call away and I truly hold him close to my heart. I am proud of all his accomplishments thus far, and I know the best is yet to come for him. I’m so proud to have him by side as I take this next step in my life.

Ms. Linda Hill
Mother of the Bride

Ma,

On my wedding day I'll be filled with enormous pride, because you will be there with me as mother of the bride. The many things you've done, all the times that you were there, help me know deep down inside how much you really care. I'll soon be a bride and then a wife, the future will be bright. I know you'll be by my side to help me get it right. So, as I start this new life, my heart to be joined with his ~ because of you, I know how to truly love and give. I'm ready to walk down the aisle dressed in my satin and pearl ~ but know that our bond is eternally strong, I'm forever your little girl.

Mrs. Vivian Hawkins
Mother of the Groom

Mom,

As my wedding day draws near, I know I’m ready to receive my bride. She's everything I'd hope she'd be, someone to walk with me through life. You said that I would know her, that God would reveal the one meant for me alone; and you were right ~ she's everything to me, the best friend I've ever known. You showed me just how priceless a woman’s love can be ~ because the best woman on earth was a wonderful mother to me. And as I begin this new life, I’ll still need your loving care, I’ll never be too far away, your son will always be there. Thank you, mom for all you’ve done, because of you, I’m ready indeed, to be a loving husband to my wife to be.

Love, Shaun

Honoring Our Moms
“Her children arise up and call her blessed…” Proverbs 31:28

From the day you brought us into this world, you gave us every part of you. You prayed for us, fought for us, sacrificed for us, poured into us, and wished the very best for us. You taught us, corrected us, supported, challenged and encouraged us. You prepared us for the world and reminded us that we could do anything we set our minds to. But most of all, you loved us unconditionally – you demonstrated a love that is like no other; and we thank you. We are so blessed. Because of you, we’re ready – ready to build our lives together. You’ve given us everything we need to make it. Because of you, our foundation is strong – and with God as our guide, we know we can’t fail. Now, we’re ready to face the world as one. There are no words to describe how truly grateful we are for each of you, and for our families. We couldn’t have gotten here without you. We love you more than words can say, and we honor you for all you have done. We thank you and praise God for you. Here’s to family, and a new beginning.

We Love You,
Amy and Shaun
