Renting a car is the easiest and preferred method to get around Tuscany. There is complimentary parking at the Borgo.

It is possible to reach Asciano or Sinalunga by train, using the Florence-Siena-Chiusi-Rome line.

It would then be a short taxi ride from Asciano or Sinalunga station to Borgo Casabianca.
