Travel Recommendations
US Residents: The McGhee-Tyson Airport in Knoxville is about a 45 min drive from the recommended hotels and is the closest airport to the event. If you are flying in for the wedding, we recommend this airport over any other.
German Residents: Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) has direct flights from Germany and is about a 4h6m drive from the venue. If you do not want to layover within the United States, we recommend flying here.
We have two room blocks available for the wedding at this time, which we encourage everyone to use! These hotels are located directly next to each other and will be where the shuttles will pick up guests to take them to the venue. Please see below for details on how to book.

A shuttle will be provided from the hotel block, as well as a separate parking lot for guests not staying in the hotel block, to the venue and back on October 21, 2023.
The schedule for the shuttles are as follows:
Shuttle #1:
3:00pm - Hilton Garden Inn 2481 Teaster Ln – 10-14 guests
3:50pm - Hampton Inn 2497 Teaster Ln – 9 guests
Shuttle #2:
3:00pm - Hilton Garden Inn 2481 Teaster Ln – 10-14 guests
3:40pm - EES Parking Lot 1684 Walden’s Creek Rd – 10-14 guests
4:05pm - EES Parking Lot 1684 Walden’s Creek Rd – 10-14 guests
The shuttles will be available throughout the course of the evening to return to the hotels / pick up lot as needed as well as at the end of the reception at 10:00pm.
Due to the distance between the closest airport and the hotel block, we recommend renting a car to get around for the weekend. We've secured a discounted rate through Budget for our wedding guests that we encourage you to take advantage of! These rates are available for 7 days prior to and 7 days after our wedding date.
