The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors - if there is rain, it will take place on the covered patio, if there is not, it will take place on the uncovered patio. Dinner will take place inside the venue's event hall and dancing will take place on one of the patios depending on weather. Weather can be unpredictable in October. Outdoor areas will have heaters in case of cold weather. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wearing an outfit with sleeves if you tend to get cold.
The Dress Code for our wedding is Formal/Black Tie Optional. Suitable attire includes midi/floor length dresses or jumpsuits and colorful or dark suits and ties. The ceremony and dancing will be taking place outside and the weather in October can range from temperate to chilly, so we recommend taking this into account when you choose your outfit!
For those wondering, the bridesmaids will be in shades of brown, the groom will be in green, and the groomsmen will be in light gray.
Only those addressed on your invitation will be allowed entry into our wedding. We are unable to accommodate any extra guests.
Parking space is extremely limited at the venue - there are a total of 25 parking spots for all guests. While you can drive and park at the venue, please keep in mind that it is at the top of a mountain with hairpin turns and not great lighting. If you are not staying in the hotel block, there is a separate parking lot where you can leave your car and the shuttles will pick you up from there.
