Gail and Angie met on November 16, 2013 on a hike to Echo Mountain with the Sierra Club. The group did not complete the full hike to Echo Mountain and so they promised to go back later to finish the hike together. They were friends for a few months and went on various other hikes together. Gail and Angie formally began dating on February 27th, 2014.
Gail and Angie bought their first house in Palmdale, CA on December 20th, 2018. They renovated their home together and moved in February 22nd, 2019.
Gail and Angie got engaged on June 15th, 2019. They got engaged during a hike to Echo Mountain, which is where they first met.
