We are getting married at beautiful St. John Cantius Church just off Chicago Ave. in West Town.

Saint John Cantius Church, founded in 1898, was voted “most Beautiful Church in America” in Church Madness, an online competition hosted by ArtandLiturgy.com. The competition was styled after the renowned college basketball tournament, March Madness.

If you are planning on visiting mHUB after the ceremony, we suggest you park in the mHUB parking lot on Sangamon street. There is also parking at the Church. If you are not planning on visiting mHUB, we suggest you park in the Church lot. 

After the Ceremony, you'll have a couple of hours before the reception. First, head across the street to mHUB, where there will be a special tour for our wedding guests and a Cubs vs. Cardinals game playing. Then, make your way towards the reception venue to relax a few doors down at Kitty O'Shea's.

After the Wedding Ceremony, come by mHUB for a tour of the space, refreshments, and a St. Louis Cardinals vs. Chicago Cubs game watch!

Stop by Kitty O'Shea's (just a few doors down from the Chicago Club) for a toast to the winning team!

Cocktail attire is appropriate for the wedding reception. 

The menu consists of a salad course and entree, followed by deserts served downstairs. For your entree, please select beef, fish, or vegetarian for each attendee on your RSVP card. Descriptions are below.

Salad: Seasonal salad of baby greens, asparagus spears, heirloom tomatoes and grilled portobello. 

Beef Option: Grilled beef tenderloin with black truffle and Parmesan grilled potatoes, baby spinach, heirloom carrots, and a pinot noir reduction.

Fish Option: Charcoal grilled Pacific bass with steamed jumbo asparagus, grains, red pepper piperade, and pomegranate sauce.

Vegetarian Option: Gluten free and vegan; skillet seared cauliflower steak, garlic and herbs, grains with apricot and golden raisins, and preserved lemon vinaigrette. 

If you have any dietary restrictions, please indicate them on your RSVP card. 

Join us for a bite to eat Sunday morning at the Chicago Club between 9 and 10:30 AM. If you'll be staying at the Club, no need to RSVP. If you are not staying at the Club and would like to come, please email Betsy betsygemini2@gmail.com.
