With the help of our amazing planner, Opi Kaur, owner of Open the Door Events, we're working to create an environmentally-conscious experience for our guests.  In our (feeble) attempt to minimize the footprint of international travels, we are striving to reduce the waste associated with traditional celebrations.

On the day of the wedding, two shuttles will be picking up guests near the main doors of Hotel Catalonia Ronda in the city center.  The first one will depart at 18:45 (6:45 PM) and the second at 18:55 (6:55 PM) to bring guests to the pre-wedding gathering at the venue.

As the reception slows down, the shuttles will be dropping guests back off at the meeting point in city center beginning at around midnight after dinner.

Unfortunately, there is minimal parking available on site and the venue is only accessed by unpaved roads, so we're asking our guests to either plan to use the shuttles or taxi service for their arrival only.

It'll be mid-summer in Southern Spain, so expect low 90s during the days but cooler nights in the mid-60s.  The ceremony and reception will be late evening so plan to bring a jacket to wrap into as the sun goes down.

Think breezy, casual elegance for attire.  You'll probably want to opt for a breathable material (the sun doesn't set until 9:30 pm!) but with something to layer on top for the setting sun.

UPDATE: Please feel free to wear whatever colors you want!  Brights, blacks, florals, whatever!
