Where to start!? Tiff and I met at good ole Lincoln High. She is the spice to my sugar, the Rachel to my Monica 100%. We have experienced many growing pains, awkward moments, and big changes; together. She's like a sister to me. From sleepovers, first jobs and dating, to college, moving away, marriage, and a baby (on her part) - we'e been there for each other. One of my favorite stories from our high school days begins with Tiff getting a red convertible for her 16th birthday. "No friends in the car" her dad would say. Sorry Joe, not only did I ride in that car but, Tiff let me drive it down Miccosukee road of all places - Wind in our hair blaring 3 Cheers For Five Years. Next thing we know , we pull up to a stop sign and some guy pops up from the ditch and says "want a hotdog?" (so random). You know when you're on edge because you're doing something you shouldn't be doing and then someone sneaks up on you? Man did we jump out of our skin. I mean that could have been her Dad. Love this girl to the moon and back. Fun fact, we have matching foot tattoos. Ohana baby!
My lets be mermaids, lets travel the world, lets jump off that cliff, lets walk 13 miles in one day while exploring Rome, friend. I met Kasia at Starbucks on FSU's campus, before one of our first exams. She invited me to study with her and a few other girls, little did I know, I'd end up traveling through Europe with her, being in her wedding, and her in mine. One story that comes to mind takes place in London. We went out to eat with a few girls and ended up having our own dance party on the patio. It was as innocent and silly as a bunch of 12 year old girls at a sleep over. I can always be a silly, weirdo around Kasia and she gives it right back. Watch out for her hair flips and "'mers" on the dance floor. Fun fact, Kasia got certified to scuba dive while she was visiting me in Hawaii.
Dana and I technically met on Facebook. Fate would have it that we both decided to go to graduate school at the University of Hawaii and were in need of a roommate. Dana invited me to live with her and Tina and the rest is history. Ohana for life. Together, we have climbed many mountains, lead each other through 6am workouts, swam the depths of the Pacific, shared lots of pau hanas (drinks after work), and of course survived graduate school. This lady right here is a true gem. Fun fact, we got engaged a week apart! If she tries to do a head stand at any point in the night, please send help haha! Love you, Dana.
Tina is another lady of 10th ave. We lived together in Hawaii for 3 years and it didn't feel long enough! Those were some of the best years of my life and my lovely, wonderful, amazing roommates/friends had much to do with it. We did everything together; from studying, cooking, scuba diving, hiking, and working out, to cheering each other on as we eventually went on separate adventures. I don't know how I got so lucky. Some of my favorite memories with Tina are the simplest, like chatting in the hallway outside of our bedrooms about everything and anything, getting boba tea together, and celebrating Chinese New Year over hot-pot. I am so very lucky to her as a life-long friend. Fun fact, Tina is from Taiwan!
When Megan moved to Denver, we became ride or die homies. We play volleyball by day and drink margs by night - well, also by day. She is Uncle Meegum to Maui and will never turn down a good game night or living room dance party. This lady right here is one of the wittiest humans I know and always has me laughing. A typical summer night downtown looks like Megan and I birding (ya know, the scooter) from place to place, or to nowhere. Megan is gracefully going full speed, as I cautiously follow about 50 yards behind her looking like the "uh oh" emoji. Megan adds color to everything we do together and I am so lucky to have her close by. Fun fact, Megan is low key an amazing volleyball player.
Alyssa is my oldest, little sister. She is probably the most determined human I know. The fam came to visit me in Tally one Fall and we went to a place with a huge rock climbing wall. Alyssa and I decided to race the top (She was 10 and I was 22). That girl legit beat me! On a separate note, many years ago around Christmas time, our Grandma asked 3yo Alyssa, "who's coming to town?" (thinking she would say Santa), Alyssa blurts out "Sister Erin!". Haha love that. I am so so happy to have Lyss by my side when I say "I DO". Fun fact, her cheer team won state TWICE!
Kaitlyn is my little sister. This girl right here is fun-loving, thoughtful, and sweet as can be. When I told her I was engaged, she wanted to know all about the proposal, the wedding plans, and shared the excitement with me. I used to spend holidays and summers at my Dad's and before each trip, Kaitlyn and I used to make a list of all the things we would do when I was in town. It usually involved, making up dances, painting canvases, going to the park, and building forts haha. ahhh those were good times. Fun fact, we share a love of Christmas and Dance. Please feel free to break out all the TikTok moves on the dance floor lol.
Briana AKA Bree Bree AKA Briana Bear, is my littlest, little sister. She is the queen of going with the flow and is an absolute sweetheart. Everything is happy and bright when she is around and I am so so happy to have her by my side on this special day. Fun fact, she makes the best pancakes.
