Please Log inHere's what you're getting into: We will be on the water for 2-2.5 hours and the rapids range between lower 3 and upper 3 (depends on the snow melt). I am told that You'll get wet but nothing too crazy. We get 20% off using PROMO CODE
We will meet at Blue Sky Adventures (across from Glenwood Springs Inn) and they will shuttle us from there.

PHOTOS: They will take photos of each boat at the beginning of the trip. They will be available for $45 and can be shared among the group. So if you want photos the whole boat can split the cost and have access to digital copies of the pictures.
WHAT TO WEAR: A bathing suit and closed toed shoes. If you do not have any shoes, you can rent them for $3. In my experience, helmets, wet suits, and life vests are provided at no cost.

Harvey Gap State Park has 30 picnic areas with grills that are first come first serve. You'll need to purchase a $9.00 park pass to get in. Meet us in the no wake zone and don't forget your bathing suit and sunblock! Hamburgers and hotdogs will be provided. Parking might be a challenge so, car pool if you can!
The Ceremony and reception will be held at Vista View Events at Open Heart Ranch.
Attire: Semi-formal/dressy-casual
Getting to the Ceremony:
The Shuttles will take ONE TRIP to the venue so don't miss it! Look for the school bus!
Where: The Shuttles will pick you up from The Glenwood Springs Inn or The Holiday Inn Express.
When: Both shuttles leave at 3:30. Plan to be downstairs at 3:15/3:20 to board.
Leaving the Wedding:
There will be one shuttle taking 2 trips in order to accommodate those who may want to leave early. The Bus will wait at the venue during the entire event.
Shuttle Schedule:
First trip back to the hotels is at roughly 9:00 PM
Second and last trip is at 10:15/10:30 PM
FAQ
Q: will the shuttle take guests to either hotel in a single trip?
A: Yes, The hotels are only 3 mins from each other so the bus can make 2 stops.
Q: Can I drive to the venue?
A: Yes, and there is plenty of parking. We caution against this because there is limited cell service and the venue is difficult to find, not to mention the windy mountain roads. we recommend following a bus/shuttle.
Q: Can I leave my car at the venue overnight.
A: No, they have a wedding the next day.
Q: Is there an open Bar?
A: Duh!! haha. Beer, wine, and cocktails are on us. If you feel inclined to tip, don't forget to bring cash.
