A chance meeting at a business lunch she wasn't even supposed to be at. A unique situation that led us to share a few drinks. And the start of a friendship at a little dive bar in downtown Dallas. While we started off as friends that weren't afraid of telling each other our most prized secrets, the connection grew stronger every meeting. Soon it was harder and harder not to find reasons to be together. One day he took a bold chance, a "date" date. A night to remember and the spark that lit the flame of our love.

Like all great love, it is not without its trials. His business collapsed and the loss of a job put him into a tailspin. Feeling like an anchor on his love's life, he broke things off and headed to California.
A year went by without a word. He was confident he'd lost her for good.
Then a call.
A drop in during a visit to Dallas.
And another call.
Something flickered. Their love wasn't dead, only dormant. Then one day she took a vacation to the beach. From the minute she landed, the flame returned. Brighter, stronger and more resilient than ever.

An opportunity to take a trip to Thailand arose. We stayed at a cliff side resort overlooking Phuket Bay. One night he proposed and was rewarded with a resounding yes.

We decided to have the wedding in a country setting. To bring some of our Texas roots into our now California lifestyle. We want this day to be a celebration for us and our friends and family. Please join us to kick off our life together.
