We are very excited to have you join us for our wedding festivities. To make things simple and stress-free, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange their accommodations and transfers. We've chosen to stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos and want you to stay with us and enjoy the celebration!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don’t have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.
2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but some rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We’ve quoted prices for triple occupancy where applicable.
3. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please make your reservation with our agent as soon as possible! There are only a limited amount of discounted rooms in our block.

THE CELEBRATION IS JUST GETTING STARTED!
Nestled on the southern tip of Mexico’s Baja Peninsula, Hard Rock Los Cabos All Inclusive Resort offers the perfect mix of rhythm and relaxation with the views to back it up. Soak up the sun at any of our refreshing pools or experience endless activities and unbridled entertainment. So get your camera and your companions ready because this vacation will be one for the highlight reel.
NOTE: Due to strong currents that could lead even the most experienced swimmers to dangerous conditions, this is not a swimming beach.

*TIP* If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.

Please Note: When completing the form, you are only required to complete those fields marked with a RED ASTERIK & the Credit Card Information. (Passenger is GUEST). A minimum non-refundable deposit of $150 per person is due no later than October 15, 2024 in order to secure your room and shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation. *Note: Charge will show as CLASSIC VACATIONS on your statement.

The total for the reservation will be on the invoice approval form you will receive within 72 hours of submitting your reservation online. Your card will NOT be charged until you approve the invoice. Your reservation is not confirmed until the signed approval is received.

Closest airport to the resort is San Jose Del Cabo International Airport (SJD). We do not book flights through our travel agency, but if you need assistance, our flight specialist can help you. *Tickets are subject to a 3rd party booking fee of $100 per person. It is less expensive for you to book your own flights. Keep in mind, booking directly with the airline will give you the best options in case of delay and/or cancellation.

Your passport must be valid 6 months from the return date. Please check your expiration date to verify it is current. Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew it, click the link below.

Note: Passport processing time has increased, causing delays in receiving passports. If you will be attending the wedding and need a first-time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this early. Routine processing time is about 10-12 weeks. Expedited Services: 5-7 weeks (maybe less). Note: A Passport Card is NOT valid for entry into Mexico.

Travel Protection is highly recommended. The average cost of your travel protection is about 10% of the total trip cost.

Why do I need travel insurance?
Because sometimes you have to cancel a trip last-minute for an unexpected reason, or just because.

Travel Protection can be purchased with Cancel for Any Reason Coverage (CFAR). If you cancel your trip for any reason not otherwise covered by the plan, it provides up to 75% reimbursement of your non-refundable trip costs if you cancel 48 hours or more prior to departure. To be eligible for CFAR, you must purchase your plan the day your initial trip deposit is received. You must also insure the costs of any travel arrangements subsequently added to your trip within the day of payment or deposit for those additions (for example, your airfare).

Your payment for this Plan MUST BE RECEIVED the day of your Initial Deposit Payment for Your Trip is applied. If you do not purchase CFAR insurance at time of deposit, you will not be able to add this at a later date and a declination of coverage will be required before your final documents will be issued. You will have the options to add coverage when you confirm your room. For details and rates, please click on the photo.

It is important that you book your wedding room reservation inside the reserved group room block with Talavera Travel LLC. When booking OUTSIDE of the group room block, you will be charged a fee by the resort to attend any pre-wedding private festivities and the wedding ceremony/reception itself. Ediela & Cole also earn valuable incentives as part of reserving the group block in advance guaranteeing availability and discounted pricing for their guests. We ask that you please be mindful and book using Talavera Travel LLC for accommodations. We offer you concierge travel services at no additional cost to you, handling your room reservations and coordination of your airport transportation with electronic delivery of your final travel documents.

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, as it is the last step of the reservation process. Be sure to include the card security code in the required field so that we may process your deposit payment. To RSVP, please click the “Book My Room” link below. Your card will NOT be charged automatically. You will receive an Invoice Approval form within 72 hours. It is very important that you APPROVE the invoice. Your room will not be confirmed until the invoice approval is received. Once the approval is received, your card will then be charged the applicable deposit and your reservation confirmed!  

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, are on a first-come, first serve basis. The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate. We will do our best to honor the discounted rate outside the reserved rooms, however, the early-booking discount and additional space is not guaranteed. BOOK MY ROOM

You don’t have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Talavera Travel, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to charge your Debit or Credit Card for any amount you'd like, and how often you choose. If you choose the monthly payment plan option, a reminder will be sent to you the 5th of each month along with a link to authorize the payment. The payments ARE NOT automatically deducted. You must remember to use the link in the email to authorize the payment unless an agreement for auto-payments is made in advance.
