We are so excited to be getting married at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. We can't wait to celebrate with our closest family and friends there with us.
To make things simple, we have pre‐reserved rooms at Hard Rock Punta Cana with a special rate for our group. We are working with Kathryn Potter at KP Travel Group to coordinate our group rate and events.
Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Punta Cana is an all-inclusive, mega-resort, in the enchanting Dominican Republic. The hotel combines the distinctive atmosphere of the Hard Rock brand with a five-star, all-inclusive experience.
At the all-inclusive Hard Rock Punta Cana, these amenities are included with your stay:
• Room accommodations as selected
• Unlimited meals and snacks
• Unlimited beverages including domestic and imported top-shelf brand drinks
• 24-hour room service
• Wireless internet access
• 30 mins. of complimentary internet use per room/per stay at business center (resort computers only)
• Unlimited long distance phone calls from Punta Cana to the continental U.S. and within the DR

We have worked with our travel agent Kathryn Potter to negotiate a great group rate and pre-reserve rooms for the group. These rooms are reserved at a discounted rate on a first-come, first-served basis. Booking with the group will ensure that you are officially recognized as part of our wedding events. Our group rates also include round-trip transportation in the Dominican Republic.
We have paid a deposit to pre-reserve rooms on your behalf and kindly ask that you work with Kathryn for your resort booking.
We have pre-reserved rooms for the travel window of July 14-20, 2022. You may arrive and depart when you'd like, but please note that the resort requires a 3 night minimum stay.
Space is not guaranteed after these rooms are filled; the sooner you make your deposit and reserve your room, the better. Early RSVPs help us determine if we need to add more rooms to the room block.

Your RSVP & room deposit are due by January 27, 2022
Your final room payment is due by March 15, 2022
While we ask that you book your room with our group (with Kathryn), you are welcome to book your own airfare however you'd like. If you book your own air, kindly forward the confirmation to Kathryn no later than April 22, 2022. This is how Kathryn schedules your (included!) transportation in the Dominican Republic.
