**Please Read This Information**

We cannot wait for you to join us for our wedding weekend. We've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodations to simplify the process. We have selected the beautiful resort, Majestic Elegance, in Costa Mujeres for our wedding, and we would be grateful if you could join us!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have one person from your party make a room reservation using the link below. If you're sharing a room with a friend or spouse, only one person needs to book a room.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but spaces can accommodate 1 - 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2. Pricing for single or triple can be requested. One guest per room will be at an increased rate per person, and three guests will be at a decreased rate per person.

**The upgraded Adults Only section (Elegance Club) can only accommodate two adults**

3. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres is located north of Cancun, 20 miles / 40kms away from the Cancun International Airport. Playa Mujeres is known for its calm turquoise waters and white sand beaches surrounded by vegetation, ideally located 20 minutes away from downtown Cancun and just a few minutes away from the Punta Sam Ferry Terminal, a day trip to Isla Mujeres.
The southeastern coast of Mexico enjoys tropical weather year-round. The temperatures range from 68° to 86° Fahrenheit from Oct-March and from 75° to 91° from April to Sept. Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres is located in the Yucatan peninsula. This area perfectly balances the rich Mayan history and several natural wonders. Home of the second largest barrier reef in the world and a significant number of cenotes or underwater caves, snorkeling and scuba diving trips are a must in this area. Guests can enjoy one-day trips to different ancient Mayan cities like Chichen Itza, Tulum, or Coba. Golfing is also available nearby at the Greg Norman Signature Golf Course in Playa Mujeres. Water activities like deep-sea fishing or yachting are available ($).

We have a 24-hour emergency line available for our clients if there should be flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will contact one of our in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your problem.
Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps ensure that members of the Bell - Schneiderhan wedding party booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

One Bedroom Suites at Majestic Costa Mujeres offer garden or pool views and are located on the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th floor. These suites feature an outdoor Jacuzzi and lounge bed. Doors separate the living room and bedroom area.

Roy Travel Co recommends booking your flights as early as you can. You may book via your favorite airline.

Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package, flights can also be arranged with our agent. In the reservation form, mark "YES" to the flight question, and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.

RTC charges a 50.00 booking fee per person to book flights.

Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and check in at the resort. If you do not have a passport or need to renew it, click below.

NOTE: Due to Covid-19, processing time has increased, causing delays in passport processing times. IF you will be attending the wedding and need a first-time passport or need your passport, please do this early. Routine processing is about 12-16 weeks.
Expedited service takes 8-12 weeks.
Double-check the expiration date on your passport as it needs to be valid for 6 months past your return date.

Rooms are reserved at a discounted rate on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 25 rooms; however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed.

The sooner you reserve and place your deposit, the better.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate.
If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $107 a day/per person.

We are confident in our pricing, but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of RTC, please allow us an opportunity to price match. We want to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.

Book early and take advantage of the Easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Roy Travel Co (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose and how often you choose.
A minimum non-refundable deposit of $150 per person is due no later than Aug 1, 2023, to secure your room and shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation.
