Pack your bags, we're going to Mexico! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf and Spa Cancun, and would encourage you to stay with us!
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.
2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guest will bring the price per person down nominally.
3. Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun.
4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

**Words of advice**
If you arrive at the resort before check-in-time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pools, restaurants, activities, etc). Pack in your carry on bag with swimwear, other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 20 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.
The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.
Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process. To reserve your room and apply your deposit, please click the "Book My Room" Link Below! You will receive a reservation confirmation and invoice within 48 hours.
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of Windblown Travel, LLC please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.
If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $199 a day/per person.

There's nothing like waking up in the morning to everything you ever wanted right outside your door. Want some thrills for the while family?
How about some "me time" to replenish in the resorts delectable spa with every beautifying and relaxing treatment imaginable available to you. Customize each day with these, and other wish list options, like exotic tours, rounds of golf and a bevy of kid and family-friendly attractions, including kids clubs and water activities area.
You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the Easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Windblown Travel, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.
A minimum non-refundable deposit of $150 per person is due no later than April 1, 2023, in order to secure your room and shared roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation.

Your passport must be valid 6 months from return date
Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check-in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew it click below.
NOTE: Due to COVID, processing time has increased causing delays in passports. If you you will be attending the wedding and need a first-time passport OR need to renew your passport please do this early. Routine processing is 10-12 weeks.
Expedited service: 4-6 weeks or longer
Please also check your expiration date on your current passport. It must be valid 6 months from your return date.
