Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Ocho Rios, Jamaica! We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend.
We've chosen to stay at Couples Tower Isle, an adults-only all-inclusive resort, and would encourage you to stay with us!
To make things simple, we've hired a travel advisor, Tiffany Elberfeld, to help our guests arrange accommodations. She has secured discounted group rates for us at the resort.
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. There is a 3 night stay minimum. Please arrive at the resort no later than Friday, May 6, 2022 and consider arriving on Thursday, May 5th to avoid missing events or the wedding due to possible flight and travel delays. This is YOUR vacation as well! You may choose to stay additional nights!
2. A minimum deposit of $100 per room is due in order to secure your room.
3. We recommend 2 people per room as rates are based on double occupancy.*Please note that all rooms have 1 King bed.
4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit as soon as possible! We have 15 rooms in our room block. Once we exceed that, additional rooms are subject to availability.
5. ***The full balance is due by February 1, 2022.***
6. We highly encourage you to stay at the resort. All wedding activities will take place at the resort. If you stay elsewhere, you will have to pay for a day pass to visit the resort per day per person. Day passes can also be denied currently due to Covid-19 protocols.
7. Please book your flights to Montego Bay, Jamaica - Sangster International Airport (MBJ). Flight costs are not included in the resort booking; however, transportation to and from the Montego Bay airport are included in your booking price. We recommend booking your flights as early as you can, but do wait until your resort room booking is confirmed before booking flights.
8. Friendly reminder that the wedding is on Saturday, May 7, 2022. Please book your return flight on 5/8/22 or later.
9. The bride and groom request that all wedding guests be fully vaccinated. After completing the room reservation request form, you will need to email proof of vaccination for your booking to be finalized. *Instructions are included on the reservation form.

2. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Please don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form. Please make reservations here, not on the resort's website.
3. The room block is reserved for May 5-9, 2022, but group rates can be extended for additional nights based on availability.
4. The rates below include all of your taxes, fees & your round-trip airport/resort transfers.
5. Single occupancy rooms are only available at the discretion of the resort and there are additional costs. To avoid the single occupancy premium rate we suggest you bring a guest.

We recommend that you book your flights as early as possible. Since you'll be booking your room with our group, your roundtrip transportation between the airport and resort is already included!
Words of Advice
- Consider arriving on Thursday, May 5th or earlier to avoid missing events or even the wedding due to possible flight and travel delays.
- Consider heading home on Monday, May 9th or later to give yourself at least one day to recover and relax after the wedding festivities.
- You can check dates and pricing using Google Flights.
- Please note that a Basic Economy flight does not allow you to choose your seat, make changes, etc. Because of this, consider booking seats in Economy/Main Cabin on the flight of your choice.
- Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them.
Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your international flight and the resort will ask to see it when you check in.
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your travel return date.
If you already have a valid passport, please check your expiration date as soon as possible to ensure that it will not expire before 11/15/2022 (approximately six months after the wedding weekend).
If you do not have a passport or need to renew your passport, please read below.
NOTE: Due to Covid, processing times have increased, causing delays in passports. If you will need a new or renewed passport, please take care of this as soon as possible to avoid stress and possibly having to cancel your trip.
