We're so excited you're here and hope you will consider joining us for our Destination Wedding Celebration! To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange and manage their travel. We've chosen to stay at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres and would kindly ask that you book with our Travel Agent and our group to help us celebrate our marriage!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT details to note:
1. Our group travel dates are valid FEBRUARY 6th – February 13th, 2024
2. Group rates below, start with a minimum 3-night stay, which is required to received our exclusive, reduced group rate.
3. What's Included? The all-inclusive package pricing includes all meals, snacks and drinks including alcohol, accommodations, all wedding events/activities, resort taxes/fees and roundtrip SHARED transportation to and from the airport. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun International Airport (CUN). An opportunity to upgrade to private transfer is possible.
4. What's NOT Included? Your roundtrip airfare is not included within the packaged group rates below and is the responsibility of each traveler.
5. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. They will be the "lead guest" on the booking.
6. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but some rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests. We've provided prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 or 4 guests will bring the price per person down nominally. To avoid a Single occupancy premium, we suggest you bring a guest to share your room and split the cost.
7. BOOKING DEPOSIT DEADLINE is JULY 12th, 2023. SECURE YOUR ROOM with a low $150 per person deposit no later than this date to guarantee availability and discounted pricing. Please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible! More information is below.

We've hired our amazing Travel Agent, Kayla Wallace with Love and Waves Travel, LLC to ensure quality, personalized service, expertise and exclusive package prices for our wedding and our guests. We kindly ask that you book your travel arrangements to celebrate our marriage in Mexico, by booking through our Travel Agent.

Here's some benefits of booking within our group:
- Our Travel Agent has worked hard to negotiate our group's Room Block Contract, which provides set, exclusive, low package rates that are only provided to our guests. We've paid a deposit to reserve and hold these rooms for our friends and family so you can get the best rates.
- Our Travel Agent will manage the travel arrangements and details for us and all our guests! We're confident she will provide a seamless booking experience for each of you, answering any of your questions and helping with anything you need. She also offers a 24-hour emergency line available for her clients if there should be any issues or problems at the resort while traveling.
- Your package rate includes access to all wedding related events at the resort.
- Groups are given special priority at the resort vs. other guests. So, you might miss out on VIP treatment if you book outside our group.
- Groups are provided priority room location where everyone in the group is close to one another. If you don't book in our group, you may receive a room that would not be sold to a group, located away from the group or possibly in an undesirable location.
- Our Travel Agents relationship and partnership with the resort, as well as our groups status, ensures guests of our group are not affected in the event the resort is oversold for our dates. In these cases, guests booked outside of a group or not with our travel agent are going to be the first to be "walked" to stay at another resort.

If you choose to not to book within our group:
- You will not get our exclusive group rates
- You will not have flexible payment options
- If you book outside our group, be it direct with the resort, through an online travel site, etc., you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees. Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres day passes are limited and start at $127 a day/per person. *These are subject to resort availability and may sell-out.
- You will not receive any assistance from our Travel Agent, which includes pre-departure, travel or post travel support, as well as any travel emergencies.
- You may be "walked" to another resort if the resort oversells, as groups or bookings made with a travel agent are protected from this resort policy.

We kindly ask that you arrive at the resort no later than Thursday, February 8th, 2024 to take full advantage of the wedding festivities. However, please consider your arrival time into Cancun and allow some "buffer" time in case there are airline delays or similar so you don't mIss our wedding festivities! Our travel agent recommends arriving at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to avoid any issues.

Please join us in celebrating our marriage on Friday, February 9th, 2024 at 5:00PM.

You can depart as early as Saturday, February 10th, 2024 or extend your stay to enjoy your time in paradise. *Remember a minimum 3-night stay is required.

Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres, is located 40 minutes North of Cancun in Playa Mujeres, a newer gated community. This resort opened in 2019 and offers 570 guest rooms. When guests arrive, they'll be greeted in the modern lobby, adorned with spectacular natural light, natural woods and greenery. The entire property offers gorgeous, tropical, lush grounds and is elegantly decorated with natural stones and woods throughout the property.

While this is a family-friendly resort, it tends to attract more adults than families with kids. Typical occupancy levels on average about 75% adults-only and 25% family friendly guests. Adults can opt to stay in the Elegance Club which is the adults-only section of the resort which includes adults-only pools, private adults-only beach area and Elegance Club guests can dine in the Gourmet Restaurant which is adults only (18+ yrs). The Elegance Club (Adults Only 18+) section is separated from the main resort by a “natural fence”, which ensures the privacy guests who are enjoying the pools or other areas of the Club section.

Located on a large, white-sand beach, Majestic has kept its beach more natural, meaning there is still greenery and plant life on the beach to prevent beach erosion. It's a beautiful, scenic area with calm, beautiful water, offering a swimmable beach. On sunny clear days, guests can see Isla Mujeres (isle of Women) across the ocean. Be sure to enjoy the beachside cabana's which are no extra cost!

Guests can enjoy complimentary non-motorized water sports like windsurfing, catamaran, snorkel equipment, kayaks, paddle boards. At night, you'll find nightly entertainment with live music at the plaza bar or live piano music in the lobby bar (see schedule upon arrival). Other fun activities, like movie nights, magic shows and casino nights are sure to please. Be sure to enjoy the Cenote spa! A Cenote is a natural sink hole in the ground with natural spring water. It's stunning! Guests staying in the Elegance Club receive a 30 minute, complimentary hydrotherapy session during their stay at the spa.

*Children from ages 0-1, when sharing a room with 2 adults are FREE for their hotel stay.

*Child rates are only applicable when sharing a room with 2 full paying adults. If only one adult is in the room, the first child will be charged as an adult with any additional children, charged at the child rate. This is per the resorts terms.

The Elegance Club is an ADULTS ONLY 18+ section of the resort and is separated from the main resort by a “natural fence”, which will ensure the privacy of those guests who are enjoying the pools or other areas of the Club section.

Guests in this section of the resort will experience the quality and services they have come to expect of Majestic Resorts with an adults-only dedicated area. At the Elegance Club we offer the Majestic Supreme Service, a variety of upgraded amenities and services only for the Club Section.

Elegance Club Amenities include:

- Private, personalized check in/out. Each guest will be introduced to their Butler upon arrival who will then escort them to their room while presenting the property and its services along the way!

Reserve your room with a low, non-refundable deposit today! You can make monthly payments or pay by the final due date.

Book early and take advantage of the awesome interest-free, payment plan! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online (booking link is under each room category section). It will give our Travel Agent, Kayla Wallace with Love and Waves Travel (or her affiliates) permission to charge your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.

DEPOSIT - DUE JULY 12th, 2023
A minimum non-refundable deposit of $150 per person is due no later than Wednesday, July 12th, 2023. This deposit secures your room selection and roundtrip shared transportation to and from the resort. *The deposit is applied to and deducted from your overall package total.
Missed the deposit deadline? That's ok, it happens! Please still book your room here and our Travel Agent, Kayla W., will work on confirming the room for you.
*Rooms booked after this date are subject to availability and increased package pricing, plus a late booking fee.

FINAL PAYMENT - Due October 4th, 2023:
All final payments are due by Wednesday, October 4th, 2023 by 6pm CST.
*If payments are not received by this date, all bookings are subject to resort imposed late fees. If the reservation is not paid in full within 7 days of the final payment date, the reservation will automatically cancel and all payments will be forfeited.

*These deadlines have been set by our travel agent's wholesale supplier and the resort. They are firm, contractual deadlines. No exceptions can be made.

Airline Flights are NOT INCLUDED within our group package rates and are the responsibility or each guest. We recommend you book your flights as early as you can and book it with your favorite airline. Since you'll be booking your room with our group, shared transportation to and from the Cancun airport (CUN) is included! If you want to upgrade to a private transfer, please let our Travel Agent, Kayla W., know at the time of booking and she can provide an updated quote.

Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package this can be arranged with our travel agent as well for a $50 per person ticketing fee. On the reservation form mark "YES" to the flight question and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.

***IMPORTANT: Fight Information Due to our Travel Agent: December 7th. 2023***

After you book your flight, please forward your flight itinerary from the airline with your confirmation number (aka PNR/Record locator) to Kayla at kavla@loveandwavestravel.com. This information is needed for her to schedule your included transportation to and from the Cancun Airport (CUN) on arrival and departure.

*If flight confirmations are not received by our agent Kayla by this date, you forfeit the shared transfer. If provided after this date, you are subject to a reinstatement fee of $50 per person to reinstate your transfer.

Tips from our Travel Agent, Kayla:
- Utilize Google Flights to monitor flight pricing changes. You can setup alerts when prices change or drop so you can book your flights at the best rates. (Southwest is not included in Google Flights)
- Typically the best time to book airfare is 5-6 months from your departure date when all airlines have their schedules available to the public.
- Please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or cancellations.

Be protected from the unexpected!!! Group travel reservations at all-inclusive resorts are pre-paid and non-refundable, so travel insurance is strongly encouraged to protect your vacation investment.

Optional travel insurance protection pricing is available upon request and based on travelers age, state of residency and package cost. The average cost of your travel protection is about 6-10% of the total trip cost.

Why do I need travel insurance? Because sometimes…You have to cancel a trip last-minute. Travel insurance can reimburse you for your pre-paid, non-refundable trip costs - Including vacation rentals, car rentals, hotels, and flights - if you have to cancel for a covered reason.

Travel delays leave you stranded. Travel insurance can reimburse you for eligible meals, accommodations and transportation expenses during a covered delay.

You get sick or hurt when you're far from home. Did you know many international countries won't even see you for a medical need or emergency without proof of Travel Insurance? It's true! And our personal healthcare insurance doesn't work in most cases outside of the USA. Travel insurance can reimburse you for care following a covered medical emergency while traveling. Travel insurance can also provide medical evacuation if needed.

You need help in a hurry. Whether you're planning a week-long road trip or a weekend getaway, you never know what might happen. Travel insurance gives you access to a 24-hour assistance hotline for expert, personalized support in a crisis.

***To receive an insurance quote, on your reservation form when submitting your booking request, please select 'yes" to travel Insurance and our Travel Agent, Kayla, will provide a detailed quote to you.

Our groups rooms are reserved at a discounted, group rate, on a first-come, first-serve basis. Our agent has negotiated these exclusive rates for our group. She will do her best to honor the discounted rate outside the 50 rooms we've secured and set-aside for our group. However, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed and subject to change as our group's rooms sell out. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

The discounted group rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes meals, drinks, accommodations and shared roundtrip airport transfer.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities leading up to the wedding and/or wedding ceremony without incurring additional fees. Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres daily passes start from $127 a day/per person and are subject to resort availability.
*The resort reserves the right to change the fee price without notice and may not provide day passes if the resort is at full capacity or near full capacity.

We are confident in our groups pricing but it you were to find a cheaper "deal' outside of Love and Waves Travel's rates, please contact Kayla and allow her an opportunity to review and request a price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability and to maximize our benefits that we can earn towards our wedding.

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization Form (Section 4). It Is the last step or the reservation process. If you do not include this, you will be asked to fill the entire form out again.

Every guest must have a valid passport, including infants and children. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check-in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew it, click below.

If you will be attending the wedding and need a first-time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this early.
- Routine processing time is about 7-10 weeks.
- Expedited Service: 4-6 weeks.

***Please note: The names listed on your airline ticket must match your names listed on your Passport EXACTLY per TSA rules or you could be denied boarding!

Currently, there are NO Covid entry requirements to enter Mexico or return home to the USA!

Effective June 12th, 2022 at midnight, ALL travelers returning to the United States from an international destination DO NOT have to present a negative Covid Test to board a plane to return to the USA. However, the CDC has stated that this policy will be re-addressed every 90 days or if a new covid variant requires it. If you'd like to read more about this requirement, please visit the link below.

*CAN THE TRAVEL AGENT STILL BOOK MY AIRFARE? Yes, Kayla W., our Travel Agent, is happy to book your airfare for a $50 per person ticketing fee if you need assistance. Please let her know on the booking request form.
*IS THERE A MINIMUM NIGHT STAY? Group rates start with a minimum 3-night stay, which is required to received our exclusive, reduced group rate.
*WHAT'S INCLUDED?
- The all-inclusive package pricing includes all meals, snacks and drinks including alcohol.
- Accommodations
- All wedding events/activities
- Resort taxes/fees
- Roundtrip SHARED transportation to and from the airport. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun International Airport (CUN). An opportunity to upgrade to private transfer is possible.
- Resort activities and non-motorized water sports
*WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED?
- Roundtrip airfare is not included within the packaged group rates and is the responsibility of each traveler.
- Optional travel insurance protection is not included. Please select "yes" on the "Book My Room" link to receive an insurance quote.
- Spa treatments, excursions, gold, etc are not included.
*ARE PAYMENT PLANS OFFERED? Yes, you can make interest-free payments at any time as long between the required deadlines. Deposit are due on July 12th, 2023 and final payments are due on October 4th, 2023. Payments can be made at any time between these dates.
*CAN WE COME EARLY/STAY LATE? Yes! If you need a different set of dates outside our group's room block dates of February 6th - 13th, simply include those dates on your booking request "Book My Room" form and our Travel Agent will request availability with the resort. *This is subject to resort availability and repricing.
*WHAT IF I WANT A ROOM NOT LISTED HERE? You can still submit your booking request through the "Book My Room" link. Please include the room category name on the form and our Travel Agent will request the room with the resort. *Please allow extra time for these requests to be approved. These requests are subject to resort availability and repricing.
*WHAT IF I MISSED THE DEPOSIT DEADLINE? That's ok, it happens! Please still book your room here and our Travel Agent, Kayla W., will work on confirming the room for you.
*Rooms booked after this date are subject to availability and increased package pricing, plus a late booking fee.

*CAN I USE A PASSPORT CARD INSTEAD OF A PASSPORT BOOK? No! Passport Cards, Enhanced Drivers Licenses or SENTRI cards are not valid for air travel. A valid Passport BOOK is required for international travel.
