We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodations.

We've chosen to stay at Dreams Macao Beach, and would encourage you to stay with us!
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.

3. Transportation to and from the Punta Cana International airport is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Punta Cana (PUJ)

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with our agent as soon as possible!

You don’t have to pay it all at once! Book early and take advantage of the awesome flexible payment plan!

It is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your secured payment form online. It will give Destination Weddings Expert, LLC (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.

A minimum non-refundable* deposit of $100 per person is due by September15th, in order to secure your room and roundtrip airport/resort/airport transportation.

A 2nd deposit payment equal to at least 40% of your total balance is December 14, 2022.

New reservations made after 12/14/2022 must meet the Second Deposit Payment of 40%

***Final remaining balance is due by February 21,2023***

While DWE can offer competitive prices, we also offer personalized service. Anytime you have a question or concern, you will be able to contact us directly and will not have to go through a call center and speak with a different person each time.
We have a 24-hour emergency line available for our clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach one of our in-house travel agents, who will do what they can to resolve your problem.

Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of the Dalmiry and Cesar's Wedding Party that are booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, on a first-come, first-served basis. Our agents will do their best to honor the discounted rate outside the 35 rooms, however, the early-booking discount is not guaranteed. The sooner you reserve with your deposit, the better.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes shared roundtrip airport transfer.

If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in activities on the resort without incurring additional fees for daily passes starting from $107+ USD just to access the event/per person. At this time the resort is not selling daily passes due to the pandemic. This may change by the time the wedding arrives but is not guaranteed.

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of DWE, LLC please allow us an opportunity to review the pricing component or price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated at the resort for accountability.

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form, it is the last step of the reservation process.

Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check-in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew it, click below.

Note: Processing time has increased, causing delays in passports. If you will be attending the wedding and need a first-time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this ASAP. Without it, you will not be able to attend the wedding.

Just in case you are wondering......Passport Book or Passport Card?

What's the difference? Which one do I to get? Both?

You need a PASSPORT BOOK. Passport books are valid for international travel by air. Passport cards are for those crossing borders frequently by land or port. You will need only the Passport Book, not both.

Please also check your expiration date on your current passport. It must be valid 6 months from your return date.

We recommend you book your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.

Since you'll be booking your room with our group, transportation to and from the airport (Punta Cana) is included!
*If you prefer to fly into Santo Domingo (SDQ) you may do so, but airport transfers are NOT included and will incur an additional cost*

Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them.

If you would like assistance in shopping for flights, this can be arranged with our agent as well.
In the reservation form mark "YES" to the flight question and let us know your airline preferences a for published rates. Flights booked are subject to a management fee of $25-$50 p/p.

*Words of Advice*

- If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.
- Please give yourself at least 24-36 hrs before the wedding day to arrive in case of delays or cancellations.
