What time Should I arrive at the Ceremony?
Our ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 pm. Parking is limited at our ceremony location, so we suggest arriving around 4:00 pm to find your seat.
What is the hotel shuttle schedule?
TRANSPORTATION: Ride Share (Lyft, Uber) will NOT be able to enter the Desert Mountain Community. Please do not rely on this as transportation to or from the wedding festivities.
**Shuttles will be provided from Scottsdale Princess Resort (7575 E. Princess Drive, Scottsdale, Arizona) and Hampton Inn hotel (2 Easy Street, Carefree, AZ) and Confluence Restaurant parking lot (36889 N. Tom Darlington Drive, Carefree). If you are staying at a rental property or need to use rideshare you can park at or get dropped off at any of these 3 locations to utilize the shuttle service both to and from the wedding reception.
Shuttles will return guests to their original pickup locations at 2 different times throughout the evening with the last shuttle departing the reception at 11:00 pm.
Is the wedding outdoors?
The wedding ceremony is outdoors. Desert Mountain is usually cooler than Scottsdale by about 10 degrees so plan accordingly. Our cocktail hour is indoor/outdoor, dinner and dancing will be indoors with access to the large outdoor patio.
What is the dress code for the wedding?
Black Tie Optional- for men we suggest a tuxedo or dark suit. For ladies a gown or nice cocktail dress. Whatever you're most comfortable in!
