If you're planning to fly, you'll need to coordinate ground transportation between the airport and the Keys. You could rent a car or book a shuttle company which can provide door to door service. Keys Shuttle provides daily shuttle service between the Florida Keys and Miami and Ft. Lauderdale Airports. Inquire on the website for immediate pricing. 

The wedding venue is in Tavernier at Mile Marker 92 just on the southern end of Key Largo. 

There are several airports within driving distance of Key Largo, with Miami being the closest and having the most flight options:

Miami International Airport: 70 miles north ~ 1hr 15min drive
Ft. Lauderdale International Airport: 100 miles north ~ 1hr 40min drive
Key West International Airport: 90 miles south ~ 1hr 50min drive

All festivities will be hosted here and we have reserved all 19 rooms for our wedding weekend, so grab one if you can! The resort is VERY laid back with a quaint, rustic Keys-vibe. All rooms have a mini-fridge and microwave and are uniquely laid out. We recommend staying here if you want to be close to the action and won't mind missing out on "big hotel" amenities because there is no restaurant on site and limited services. There is a 2-night (Fri & Sat) minimum on all reservations and rates start at $269/night + resort fee & tax.

If you're looking for a larger full-service hotel with restaurants and amenities then this could be the right fit for you. We will be offering shuttle service between this location and the wedding events. A room block has been reserved at a rate of $260/night + resort fee & tax with a 2-night minimum stay. We will be offering shuttle service between this hotel and the wedding events. Island Time Trolley will do pick-ups and drop-offs for guests staying at Baker's Cay and Playa Largo so you can safely and easily get to the Coconut Palm Inn for the Welcome Party and Wedding. A schedule will be available in your welcome bag when you check in. (There is NO extra parking at the wedding venue.)

There is VERY limited parking at the Coconut Palm Inn where the wedding events will be held. It is a very small venue and with vendors and guests on site there is no overflow parking available for guests who are not staying there. Please rely on the Shuttle we are providing, Uber, Lyft or a local Taxi.

What better way to come to our wedding than by boat! There are a limited number of slips available to dock your Sea Vee (of course!) at the Coconut Palm Inn for $30/day. Please let us know if you're interested in making these arrangements.

We kindly ask that if you have the slightest hint of not feeling well or haven't fully recovered from COVID that you do not attend. We want to be very mindful of our guests and creating a COVID-free environment. Please reach out to us if you are concerned and need to change your RSVP. We will completely understand if circumstances like this arise.

When should I RSVP by? October 4th

Are kids welcome? Sorry, this is an adults only affair. 

What time should I arrive at the ceremony? Please arrive at 4 pm. 

What do the dress codes "Beach Formal" and "Island Chic" mean? Please click on the EVENTS page to read some suggestions!

What is the weather like in the Keys? The average high is 79 degrees and the average low is 60 degrees during our wedding weekend. There could be a breeze making it feel a bit chillier so keep an eye on the forecast and bring a shawl or wrap if needed. Sunset will be at 5:32 PM.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels and the Welcome Party and Wedding? Yes, Island Time Trolley will do pick-ups and drop-offs at Baker's Cay and Playa Largo. Please check the TRAVEL & HOTELS page for more information.

Is there parking at the event site? There is NO parking at the Coconut Palm Inn except for the guests who are staying there so we will be providing a shuttle from the other preferred hotels. If you can't take the shuttle, try and arrange a local taxi through your hotel concierge or hire Uber or Lyft. Please note that there are not many Uber or Lyft drivers in the Keys so please plan ahead.

What COVID-19 precautions will there be? All wedding events will be held outdoors so there will be ample air circulation. Additionally, we'll be providing hand sanitizer and masks for those who wish to wear them. We are hopeful that many of our friends and family will be vaccinated and healthy by this December so you can celebrate with us. We will revisit our list of precautions as we get closer to the event to ensure we are creating a safe environment for all.
