It was July 2017, Bimini, The Bahamas. I was on my third trip to SeaVee's Bimini Bash with friends and on the first night Eric introduced himself and chatted me up at the welcome party. This is our first "official" photo together. - Courtney
Two days later we ended up hanging out at the same sandbar where Eric offered me one of his grilled chicken wings, which I politely declined. After returning from Bimini, Eric hunted down my phone number and invited me on a date which we had in Coconut Grove. A few days later I invited him on our second date, a Dolphins VIP scrimmage and boat ride with lots of beer. He was hooked! - Courtney
Fast forward three years later, in the middle of a pandemic and four months after moving in together. We were on a boat ride to the Keys for the Fourth of July, and Eric popped the question as the sun was setting over Florida Bay. Of course I said yes! It was the perfect setting for a couple who loves being on the water! - Courtney
