Taxi - High Mountain Taxi Aspen / 1-970-925-8294

Uber / Lyft - While not entirely absent of the service, Uber and Lyft are not very prevalent in Aspen, particularly in the off-season.

Car Rental

If you are flying into ASE, renting a car is not necessary. Aspen is a very small and walkable town, with a lot of transportation options.

If you still want to rent a car from ASE, EGE, or GJT, please keep in mind that availability is limited and you will need to book well in advance.

If you are flying into Denver and driving to Aspen, be aware that you will be driving across the Rocky Mountains, which includes significant elevation changes. It is recommended to travel via I-70 by-way of Glenwood Springs. The alternative route, via US-24/CO-82 ("Independence Pass"), is a much more difficult road to travel, and should be taken with caution.
