My friendship with Jerilyn began while we both were working at a local grocery store in our hometown during high school. From there, our friendship has been on a crazy ride ever since.
Jerilyn and I attended Claflin University together and through our collegiate experience, our friendship faced the test of loyalty, honesty and trust. Through all of the challenges, celebrations, disappointments, late night missions, stop light dance sessions (LOL) and laughter, our friendship never wavered.
Jeri’s resilience, kindness, and luminous personality affects everyone that she meets. She’s truly one of one.

I’ve know Jeri my entire life. She’s my childhood best friend, the ying to my yang, the Cam to my KeKe! Her family is my family. We were inseparable growing up, when you see one you know the other is some where around. Cam has been more than just a best friend, she’s my sister, my support system and sometimes my counselor. I’ve always been able to call her no matter what it is and no matter the distance and she will always have the same from me. We’ve shared so many big moments together that this big moment is just another to add to our book of memories. Whenever I need motivation, I can turn to my girl Jeri to hear her say, “you’re a boss!” That’s confirmation coming from a true boss. She’s also a true sister. I am Alexzandria and before I met Jeri, I never would’ve guessed that a SCSU bulldog and a CU panther could be friends. Jeri and I met through two debonair guys who are now our future husbands.
