Flights

Nearby Airports

Reno-Tahoe International Airport is the closest airport to the venue, about 1hr away. It has a wide range of flight options, but not a major hub.

Sacramento, San Francisco, and Oakland are within a few hours, and can have better flight options. These can be a good pick if you wish to continue your travels in Northern California!

Transportation

Traveling to South Lake Tahoe from Reno Airport

1. Take the shuttle: South Tahoe Airporter $59.00 round trip from the airport to major hotels in South Lake Tahoe

2. Rent a car: be sure to choose a car with AWD or 4WD to ensure you're able to get to South Lake Tahoe.

Getting around: if you stay at Edgewood, they offer a courtesy shuttle for the local area (not from the airport). Otherwise, we recommend renting a car or using Uber.
