We thought it would be fun to get a good view of the city, the water, the Bay Bridge, the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz and more by going to the top of Angel Island!
Angel Island is a small island in the San Francisco bay. There are no bridges or roads—it is accessible only by boat.
To get there, we will take the Blue & Gold Fleet Ferry. Meet at Pier 41 at 9:15am so we can board the Ferry for a 9:45am departure!
Once on the island, we will walk around and enjoy the views.
We will depart the island at 12:10pm and arrive back to Pier 41 at 1pm. That way everyone can rest up before dinner.
Lunch will be on your own, once we get back! There are many places to buy drinks & snacks (including the Ferry itself) in case you get a snack-attack.
Biada Lounge and Terrace, Sens
The Biada Lounge at Sens is a Moroccan inspired lounge and bar. It opens into an outdoor terrace, with a view of the ferry building and the Embarcadero.
How do I get from the hotel to the restaurant?
Go to the 2nd floor lobby of the hotel (by the bar) and exit out to the Embarcadero Center plaza. You will see Sens literally right in front of you and to your right. No need to go to the street level at all.
