Pricing is going to be based on how many nights, room category, flights, so the only way to get a ballpark figure is by filling out to form and communicating with her.
Deposit amount will depend on if you get insurance and the total amount of your reservation. Maranda will make sure to communicate this with you as you work together in the booking process.
We would appreciate it if all guests would sign up via Maranda/TBD Travel Services as this is a direct feed to the resort and our on resort wedding team. Those who are reserved under our group details, will be the first to know any schedule updates or activities that may be offered during the wedding celebration. There are additional fees for those who do not book with TBD Travel to attend the wedding and all additional events along with it.
While TBD Travel can offer competitive prices, we also offer personalized service. Anytime you have a question or concern, you will be able to contact us directly and will not have to go through a call center and speak with a different person each time.
We have a 24 hour emergency line available for our clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach out to me who will do what they can to resolve your problem.
Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps ensure that members of Cary & Dawn's Destination Wedding are booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking, no additional fees will have to be paid to attend the wedding/events taking place, etc.

Info about the Airport you will be flying into
The Cancun airport is a major international airport with many flights arriving and departing daily. This is the airport you want to book your flights too and from. The airport code is CUN. I recommend booking your flights as early as you can.

What I recommend for Travel Insurance
Travel insurance / Trip protection is always recommended when you are traveling outside of the United States.
Maranda works with the insurance of her suppliers. They partner with Trip Mate. This insurance will need to be added on when you make your reservation. It cannot be added on later. There is an option to do a third party insurance, but it is strongly recommended to add it on right away so you can insure your trip is truly a cancel for any reason and covered to the best of your ability.
Travel insurance is highly recommended.
When traveling outside of the United States, your medical insurance will not cover items that arise during travel. Often medical facilities outside of the US require that you approve payment for treatment prior to care/being administered.
All insurance purchased is non refundable.
