Jessica-Michelle Austin is my Little Sister, Best Friend and Matron of Honor. Jessica-Michelle recently graduated from Baylor University with her Bachelors in Nursing. She will begin her full time role as a Labor and Delivery Nurse at Medical City Plano in the Spring. Jessica-Michelle recently married Michael Austin in December of 2021, and they are expecting their first child in September of this year. I am so blessed to be able to share this special season our lives together, and am honored to have her stand by my side on one of the most important days in my life.
Victoria Weigel is my Sister, Best Friend and Matron of Honor. She is a full time model and lives in New York City. Victoria lives her dream traveling the globe in her profession and has agencies in NYC, Paris, Milan, London and Australia. Victoria married Patrick Weigel in November of 2020. I have enjoyed sharing this special season of my life with her and I am honored to have her stand by my side as I get married.
Evan is Carter's older brother and is serving as one of his best men. He lives in Sugar Land with his wife Tammy and their 5-year-old son Connor. For over 13 years, he’s worked as a user experience professional making software easier to use for others. He is the North Star to Carter’s moral compass and has always been a resource to him personally and professionally. Lately, Connor keeps Evan busy with Lego sets, getting pushes on playground swing sets, and gathering sticks and leaves from nature trails behind their house.
Tyler is Carter's younger brother and is serving as one of his Best Men. He recently accepted a position as an assistant track and field coach at Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. Previously, he spent time coaching at Miami University and his Alma Mater, Sam Houston State University, in a similar capacity. He shares Carter's passion for sports, video games, culinary delights, and has been a frequent co-conspirator with Carter in many adventures. Tyler’s thoughtfulness and compassion for others has always been an inspiration for him.
Todd and Terri Monette are the parents of Tiffany, the beautiful Bride to Be. Todd and Terri met while they were in college and were married when they just turned 21 and 22. They have been married for over 35 years and have dual residencies in both Texas and Louisiana. Two of their favorite places! They have two other daughters. Victoria who is a full time model who married her Husband, Patrick Weigel, in November 2020. Jessica-Michelle recently graduated with her BS in Nursing from Baylor and married her Husband, Michael Austin, in December 2021 and they are expecting their first child in September of 2022.
Carter is kind, loving, caring, compassionate, creative and very funny! Todd and I have witnessed their Love Story over the last 13 years as they have created some amazing and wonderful memories! We love Carter and we welcome him to our family!
Mark and Deborah Sunwall, parents of Carter Sunwall, have resided in The Woodlands, Texas since moving from New Orleans, Louisiana in 1999. They have two other sons, Evan and Tyler, one daughter-in-law and one terrific grandson. Deborah is a native of New Orleans and she and Mark met while he was employed as a geologist there.
Tiffany is a bright and accomplished young woman and we welcome her to the Sunwall family. We know she will be a loving partner for Carter and an absolutely stunning bride. The family looks forward to returning to Louisiana for the beautiful southern wedding celebration at Nottoway Mansion.
