There are many unique Airbnb's to check-out in Taos.  If going this route, we suggest you look into the earthships!  

Shuttles may not be able to pick guests up directly from their airbnb's, but you are welcome to catch a shuttle at one of the hotel stops or drive to the wedding venue yourself.
