Woohoo! Pack your bags, we're going to Jamaica! We are very excited to have you join us for our wedding weekend. To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange accommodation. We've chosen to stay at Sandals South Coast and have already arranged a room block for our guests.

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.

2. Sandals South Coast is an adult only property and the max occupancy per room is 2. All rooms have king sized beds.

3. Transportation to and from the airport are included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Jamaica.

Run of House (ROH):

These are the least expensive rooms. We have them available for 3-7 nights. Escapes Unlimited does not have any control over which rooms you will receive. These rooms will be assigned by the resort right before check-in. Most likely they will be located in the French Village. All rooms do have ocean views.

French Honeymoon Beachfront Walkout (BW):

Exclusively situated on the ground floor of the French Village, this spacious beachfront room was purposely designed to offer an abundance of natural light. With easy access to the beach or resort's lush gardens, these delightful rooms are characteristic of the region fusing fine Caribbean decor with rich mahogany furniture and delicate soft furnishings. Complete with its own private patio, the rooms also feature a well-appointed en-suite bathroom. Dutch Beachfront Luxury Room with Balcony Tranquility Soaking Tub (DGB):

These newly renovated luxury rooms are nestled on the second and third floors of the Dutch Village, inviting guests to unwind with mesmerizing ocean views from the private balcony, featuring a Tranquility Soaking Tub for two, privacy curtain and a bistro dining set. Club Level rooms are slightly more luxurious than Luxury Level rooms or in a better location and come with free room service from 7 AM until 10 PM.

You will also be met on arrival by Club Sandals Concierge. Expect warm towels (or cold) on arrival, private check-in at the Club Sandals Lounge, in-room and private resort orientation once you’re escorted in, a Club Sandals Welcome packet, and more. In addition, you’ll have access to the Club Sandals lounge from 8 AM to 10 PM. The Club Sandals Concierge can help you plan vacation activities and book reservations, tours, private dinners, a private beach cabana, spa appointments, and anything else you might need.

Club Level rooms feature a well-stocked bar - free to use - with juice, soda, water, Robert Mondavi Twin Oaks® wine, local beer and a variety of liquors replenished upon request.

Dutch Beachfront Club Level Junior Suite with Balcony Tranquility Soaking Tub (DJS):

These Club level junior suites are perched across the fourth floor of the beautiful Dutch Village and capture stunning garden, pool and ocean views from an unmatched private balcony, which features a Tranquility Soaking Tub for two, privacy curtains and a bistro dining set. The Butler Elite suites are the highest level suites at Sandals. South Seas Swim-Up Rondoval Butler Suite with Private Pool Sanctuary (RSUP):

To be considered part of the wedding group, you must book through the group rates and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We have negotiated competitive group rates and secured a room block to make this as easy as possible for our bride and groom. Additional fees will apply to visit the resort or come to wedding related events should you book off property. The pre-negotiated rates include all-inclusive hotel accommodations, hotel tax and fees, housekeeping, gratuities and transfers. Room categories are available on a first come, first serve basis within the block.

• IMPORTANT: To book at these rates you are REQUIRED to stay a minimum of 3 nights.

• Rates are available 3-5 days pre/post the room block (based on availability)

• Any changes must be done in writing (via email) and changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront before they are confirmed.

Closest airport to the resort is Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay (MBJ).

Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package this can be arranged with our agent as well. In the reservation form mark "YES" to the flight question and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.

There is no guarantee that we have better flight prices than what you may find on your own and we cannot guarantee Sandals is contracted with every airline. There may be instances when we cannot book your air if Sandals does not have a contract with a specific airline, such as Spirit or Southwest. We are also not able to use credit card points or miles towards your flight. That would be something you would need to do on your own.

WILL I NEED A PASSPORT?
Yes! A passport is needed to fly to and from the U.S. and Jamaica - please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. I FOUND A CHEAPER PRICE ONLINE, CAN YOU MATCH IT?
We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of our contracted rates, please allow us an opportunity to review and price match. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends consolidated in the block at the resort for accountability and organization for the staff. To expedite the process, please take a dated screen shot of what you found. It must include the final total price (with all taxes and fees), what the price includes (dates and room category), the website you found it on.

DO I NEED A COVID TEST?
At this time, a PCR or Antigen test is required to enter Jamaica and you will be required to take one before entry to the US. This is provided by Sandals and is complimentary.

DO I NEED A VACCINE?
At this time a vaccine is not required to enter Jamaica.

DOES MY INSURANCE COVER COVID OR THE PANDEMIC?
Sandals is offering free medical insurance for travel through the end of 2022. It will cover a quarantine on resort if needed.

Excellent question. As we all know, we are in unprecedented times and we understand that guests may have concerns about travel. We all hoping for the best while monitoring this ever-changing landscape.
Of course, Cara and Zachary would like as many people as possible to join them for this momentous occasion.

We are all beholden to the policies and procedures of the resorts and airlines. At this time, resorts are focused on those traveling in the next 90 days. They have not made any policy changes to those traveling in 2022 or beyond. In fact, 2022 dates are booking quickly as 2020 2021 groups rescheduled for next year. We expect that inventory will continue to tighten as travelers plan their post-COVID vacations.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will be communicating with Cara and Zachary. If travel policies change, we are ready to be nimble and work with the couple to update timelines and deadlines if necessary. Thank you!
