Come Hike With Us

Lily Lake Trail 639

We've selected a hike, not far from the main street of Crested Butte, but you will need a car to access the trailhead. If you don't have a car let us know, we should have plenty of open seats. We'll start hiking at 9:30 so please arrive before then. This is a relatively flat short trail that features a lake and some beautiful wildflowers. Don't forget to wear sunscreen and bring water.

Welcome Party

Please join us to kick off the weekend with dinner and drinks, all guests are welcome. 

Attire: Smart casual/ garden party. Think first date :) 
Please no shorts or t-shirts. Jeans are ok! 

The Details:

Speeches & Toasts: 4:30-5:00
Cocktail Hour: 5:00-6:30
Dinner & Dancing: 6:45-11:00

Attire: Black Tie 
Gents, tuxes required
Ladies, please no red or white

Transportation:
We have arranged transportation from the Lodge at Mountaineer Square motor lobby - adjacent to the traffic circle (where the town>mountain shuttle drops off). The shuttle will leave at 3:45 pm for a 4:00 pm arrival.

Shuttles will start return journeys to Lodge at Mountaineer Square at 8:30 pm and run in 45 minute intervals through the end of the evening. If you are under 40 we better not catch you on that 8:30 bus. :P

*If you choose to find your own way to the ceremony please arrive by 4:15 to find your seats. Please note parking at the venue is not allowed.
