There is adequate parking across the community hall, point lookout oval and east coast road street parking.

Dress Code

What to Wear?

Smart Casual Dress is requested. Please wear what is comfortable for you - this is welcome to include shorts, buttoned shirts, strapped dresses or what ever you so choose. We only ask that you please be considerate of your footwear as the wedding will be on the sand.

Child Care

Sorry no children at the Ceremony or Reception

Although we love our family and yours, including your little ones, we ask that they do not attend the ceremony and reception. Please see below option for child minding.

From Brisbane Airport

Train travel

From Brisbane Airport the easiest access to Stradbroke is the Air Train on the Cleveland Line to Cleveland Station - A free shuttle then runs from Cleveland Train Station to The Stradbroke Flyer or Strdabroke Ferries Water Taxi

Planning your train journey

From Brisbane (Mainland)

Via Car

It is approximately a 30minute drive from Brisbane to Cleveland - Emmett Drive. Here you can access the vehicle ferry. This needs to be pre-booked!!!!!. Please contact us prior for additional information.

Via Walk on water taxi

A water taxi runs from Emmett Drive Cleveland (see the time table below). Booking is not necessary as tickets can be secured on the boat or at the shop prior to boarding. A bus runs in line with the majority of these services (please see time table below for more detail). The bus will drop you within reasonable walking distance of your selected accommodation.

Once on the Island

Travelling to Accomodation

When you arrive on the Island via boat you will land at Dunwich. The Wedding is being held at Point Lookout - you can travel to point lookout via Bus (links with Passenger Water Taxi), Car (15minute drive) or Car Pool (please contact us for further details).
