A room deposit of $100 per person is required to book your room. If you choose to purchase (optional) travel insurance, insurance is paid with your deposit.
Trip Final Payment due: January 3, 2024
Airfare
You are NOT required to book your air with Carol, only your room. If you book your own air, please forward your airline confirmation email to Carol by March 15, 2024 in order to receive your included transportation in Cancun.
We have a limited number of rooms pre-reserved for our group with the special set rate. Space is not guaranteed after these rooms are filled; the sooner you make your deposit and reserve your room, the better. Early RSVPs help us determine if we need to add more rooms to the room block.
Please book with the group! Doing so will ensure that you are officially recognized as part of our wedding group and ensure you receive our group rates (this also includes round-trip transportation while in Mexico!)

Have no fear Mr.Grinch! Check out the "The Vibe" tab to find outfit inspiration to living your best Mexico wedding vacation life. Our wedding colors are shades of pinks, golds, and silvers. We do not have designated colors for guests, wear whatever colors you like except for white! Bridesmaids will be in pinks and the groomsmen will be in a dark gray suit.
Who all will I be spending a weekend in Mexico with?

Is this adults only resort all-inclusive?
Yes! All food, beverages (including alcohol), and onsite activities are included! All guests must be 18+ years of age to stay at the resort and attend the wedding.

Many dinner restaurants cannot accommodate groups larger than 6 and there will most likely be wait times. Please plan accordingly.
Do the restaraunts at the resort have a dress code?
Yes! Please see the breakdown below:
Dress Code is required for all restaurants at Night, please be aware that these is a strict policy without exceptions, even if it ́s a semi privet event for your wedding or rehearsal.
Casual – Bermudas (long shorts or capri pants), sneakers/ tennis shoes or sandals. No sleeveless shirts for men. Women must wear a bathing suit wrap or cover-up.
Casual Elegance – Sneakers/ tennis shoes or dress sandals, dress shirts with short sleeves or collared shirts. No sleeveless shirts or flip-flops. Long pants required for men
