David and Cailin’s Wedding

Cailin and David met walking their dogs around the apartment complex. Sami, Simon and Rory would stop and play while David and Cailin made small talk. As the days went on David and Cailin started adjusting their walk times to ensure they would run into each other and their conversations got longer and longer. On June 6th, David got the courage to ask if Cailin was single and so began their dating life together.
David and Cailin spent the next few months getting to know each other’s friends and family, celebrating many birthdays, holidays and traveling to Kansas City and Seattle! In October of 2021 David and Cailin wanted to do a trial run to see what it would be like living together with three dogs… to this day that trial never ended and they now live together with Alex, Cailin’s older brother, and the three pups.
Cailin and David were extremely lucky to celebrate Christmas at Le Blanc Resort in Los Cabo’s. After a week of deep sea fishing, snorkeling, spa days, laying by the pool and many many lavender mojitos, Cailin and David knew that one day when they got married they’d want to celebrate at Le Blanc. Cailin and David are extremely excited to be at the place they love with all of the people they love!
The Engagement Story!
On the morning of February 14th Cailin was extremely excited to celebrate their first Valentine’s Day together! She was adamant that they open gifts early in the morning since she was certain she had gotten David the perfect gift, a Wok for all his cooking needs, little did she know David had something much bigger in store! After David lost the battle of trying to convince Cailin to open gifts at dinner… he agreed to do gifts early morning while they were both in their pajamas. David excitingly opened his Wok and impatiently awaited as Cailin opened her present. Cailin opened her gift which was a stuffed teddy bear, she laughed as this was the one thing she’d stated she did not want since she’d “have to wait the appropriate amount of time before giving it to Goodwill” but then noticed the ring tied around the bow of its neck! David asked Cailin to marry him and she of course said YES! Cailin and David both agreed this would be the one stuffed animal that would not be going to Goodwill!
