Please visit room Room 535 between the hours of 1-2:45pm on Saturday, March 19th to complete your COVID testing. After testing negative, you will receive a wristband that will allow you to bypass the testing line at the ceremony venue.

The shuttle will depart from the hotel at 4pm.

Please arrive at Wente Vineyards between 4-4:30pm for COVID Testing.

Friends and Family,

As we plan for our upcoming wedding on Saturday, March 19th, we wanted to share some information with you to help you prepare and know what to expect. It's been two years in the making, and we are so excited to finally be able to celebrate with you!

We know that the ever-evolving COVID-19 situation is top of mind for all of us. In an effort to protect everyone in attendance, we are asking a few things of our guests:
- Be fully vaccinated. We will be confirming vaccination status by asking guests to upload a copy of their record on the RSVP form (you may also show your card at the door if you prefer). Note: Your second vaccine dose (for Pfizer or Moderna) or single dose (for Johnson & Johnson) must be complete by March 5, 2022, two weeks prior to the wedding date
- Receive a booster dose, if eligible according to CDC guidelines
- Rapid test on-site: We will be administering rapid antigen tests to all attendees upon arrival.

We are also taking measures to ensure the safety of our guests. While we are anticipating ~150 guests, our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, mask wearing will be encouraged when not eating or drinking, meals will be plated and served by venue staff, hand sanitizer will be located throughout the venue, and we are making every effort to ensure that we can maintain social distancing.

We’re sharing this information now so that if you would like to attend the wedding, you know what to expect, and have plenty of time to get vaccinated or boosted. We respect that vaccination is a personal choice, and so if you are not comfortable with the above, we ask that you RSVP “No” to the wedding. We completely understand.

Our wedding invitations should arrive to you in the mail in the next week or so, and will include details on how to respond via our wedding website.

We value the empathy and grace you have given us as we do our best to celebrate our union in a way that doesn't endanger the lives of those we love most in the world.
