The wedding party will be taking pictures nearby, following the ceremony.

Guests should arrive at the Cocktail/Reception venue for cocktail hour beginning at 4PM.

Attire

The dress code for our wedding is formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie.

Children

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Dinner

Enjoy a first & second course plated dinner and dessert to follow.  Please alert your server of any dietary restrictions.  Westhampton Country Club is happy to accommodate!  If there is something specific that we can prepare to meet your needs, please let us know in advance.

Parking

Our Ceremony venue, Immaculate Conception Church, has free onsite parking for those guests who wish to drive.  Valet parking is available at Westhampton Country Club for the wedding Reception.

Traveling by Train

Long Island Railroad

From Penn Station, take the LIRR Montauk Branch train. This is a non-stop train to Westhampton. The train station is approximately 10 minutes from our Ceremony and Reception venue. Lyft or Uber will be your best options to get from the train station to our venues.

Traveling by Water

Ferry from Connecticut to Port Jefferson

Board the ferry from Bridgeport Connecticut to Port Jefferson New York. Once you arrive in New York you will have approximately an hour drive to our Ceremony and Reception venues.  It is suggested that you make a reservation (for yourself and your vehicle) prior to your departure date.

Southampton Inn

For your connivence, we have a block of rooms at the Southampton Inn.  Please reference the "O'Connor-Dunn Wedding" when booking, to receive our preferred guest rate of $490.00* plus tax & fees. If you choose to stay at this hotel, there is a two-night mandatory minimum.  Please book no later than April 15th to participate in this hotel room block.

Transportation will be provided to guests staying at this location.  The ride to the Ceremony and from the Reception venue will be approximately 25 minutes.

Quogue Club

The Quogue Club is an elegant luxury boutique hotel. They offer five-star accommodations, superb dining, easy access to nearby Atlantic beaches, and the North and South Fork vineyards.

The Quogue Club is approximately 5 minutes from our Ceremony venue, Immaculate Conception Church, and 10 minutes from our Reception venue, Westhampton Country Club.

Atlantic Hotel Southampton

Located in Southampton, The Atlantic Hotel is by the ocean, and a short drive to the Shinnecock Hills Golf Course and Southampton Golf Range. The hotel offers popular on-site recreational amenities such as outdoor tennis courts and an outdoor pool.

The Atlantic Hotel Southampton is approximately 20 minutes from our Ceremony venue, Immaculate Conception Church, and our Reception venue, Westhampton Country Club.

Bowen's by the Bays

Bowen's by the Bays has an on-site tennis court, swimming pool and landscaped patio, surrounded by roses and fragrant perennials. They also have one, two, and three bedroom cottages set throughout the grounds for a more private stay.

Bowen's by the Bays is approximately 15 minutes from our Ceremony venue, Immaculate Conception Church, and our Reception venue, Westhampton Country Club.
