Welcome Event - Transportation

Transportation will be provided for all attending the Welcome Event.

Please meet at the lobby no later than 5:30 pm.

Welcome Party will be held on the beach

Please dress resort attire comfortably and appropriately for a sandy setting (think beach-friendly shoes and breezy attire).

We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Ceremony - Transportation

Transportation will be provided for all attending the Ceremony.

Please meet at the lobby no later than 4:30 pm.  Otherwise you will have to take your golf cart to Altos de Chavon.

Ladies remember to wear comfortable shoes as the walkway is cobblestones throughout the wedding day venues.

Just a quick reminder that our event spaces have cobblestone, so please wear comfortable shoes that are easy to walk in.
