We're very excited to have you join us for our wedding week! To make things simple, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange your all-inclusive packages.

We've chosen to stay at the Riu Palace Riviera Maya, and we would encourage you to stay with us!

Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the booking form (but everyone in your party's information should be entered). Don't have 2 people in the same room fill out the same form.

2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We've quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.

3. Transportation to and from the airport are included in the package price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun.

4. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your deposit with our agent as soon as possible!

5. Ensure that your passport is valid for 6 months from your return date. Every guest requires a passport. Your booking MUST match your passport information EXACTLY.

The wedding week is officially January 21-28, 2024 & the rates we've secured are valid for that week.

The wedding will be held on January 24, 2024 at Blue Venado & there will be transportation between the resort & the wedding venue.

To reserve your room & guarantee the rate, your deposit must be made no later than September 12, 2023. Current inventory is available on a first-come, first-served basis. DO NOT wait to book your room; if you would like a room in addition to our current inventory & it's not appearing when you go to the booking form, please contact Melanie as soon as possible (inventory is already limited as of the posting of this so we cannot guarantee availability - especially on the Ocean View rooms).

PLEASE NOTE: NO changes to reservations will be permitted after the final payment date.

This means that Brianna & Kyle have paid a deposit to pre-reserve rooms for your group.

• The couple has signed a contract with the resort and has committed to a minimum number of rooms
• Only rooms booked with LMDW count toward this contract
• We have reserved several different room types for you to choose from. Descriptions can be found below under Accommodations.

Brianna & Kyle have paid a deposit to reserve rooms for your group. They have a group contract that allows them to offer additional benefits for their guests.

The group kindly asks that you book your hotel within our designated group contract here at LMDW.

There are several reasons why you should honor the group's wishes and book the hotel portion with the group:

• The group has worked with Melanie to negotiate a contract for the ENTIRE group. This includes a special set rate and includes transportation.
• Groups are given priority status at the resort, so you might miss out on some VIP treatment.
• Groups are given priority room assignments, so if you book directly, you're likely getting a room that couldn't be sold to a group. It will be leftover inventory, probably in a undesirable location away from everyone else.
• Groups are given priority in terms of an oversold situation. If the hotel over sells, your group is protected but his reservation is not. You could be walked to another location.

Guests who do not book within the group contract unfortunately:

• Will not get the group rates.
• Will have to pay up front vs. over time.
• Will not receive any pre-departure, trip support or post-trip support from me.
• Unfortunately, I cannot assist with travel arrangements made outside of the group, nor can I assist in the event of an emergency.
• Will be required to pay a day pass on property to attend wedding events. Note: Day pass sales are extremely limited due to occupancy restrictions.

In order to confirm your booking, a minimum non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit of $250 per person for Sunwing bookings and $100 USD for land only bookings is required. All rooms must be deposited by September 12, 2023 & final payment is due no later than November 3, 2023 to secure this discounted rate.

This deposit will be processed as we confirm your reservation; you will be sent an invoice, which must be approved within 24 hours, in order to re-confirm your booking.

FOR SUNWING BOOKINGS: A minimum non-refundable deposit of $250 CAD per person is due no later than September 12, 2023, in order to secure your all-inclusive package. Subject to availability at the time of booking after this date.

Why do I need travel insurance?

Because sometimes... you have to cancel a trip last minute. Travel insurance can reimburse you for your prepaid, non-refundable trip costs - including vacation rentals, car rentals, hotels and flights - if you have to cancel for a covered reason.

Travel delays leave you stranded

Travel insurance can reimburse your for eligible meals, accommodation, and transportation expenses during a covered delay.

You get sick or hurt when you're far from home

Travel insurance can reimburse you for care following a covered medical emergency while traveling. We can even arrange and pay for a medical evacuation, if needed.

Your passport must be valid 6 month from your return date

Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check-in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew yours, click below.

Note: Due to Covid, processing times have increased, causing massive delays in passports. If you will be attending the wedding, and need a first-time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this NOW. Routine processing times in Canada are currently about 13 weeks but you can pay for expedited services in certain cases.

Please also check the expiration date on your current passport, it must be valid for 6 months from your return date.

Please note within 30 days of travel you will be provided with the most up-to-date list of tours available.
