We first met when we were younger and quickly became close friends. Life, as it tends to do, took us in different directions for a while—but somehow, we found our way back to each other. The timing was perfect, and within just three months of reconnecting, we were engaged. It felt like life had been saving the right moment for us all along.
Skylar grew up in Florida, and Don Anthony is originally from New Jersey. Even though our paths started in different places, they led us to the same spot—right back to one another. We now live in Georgia with our Dutch Shepherd, Kora, who’s basically our shadow and self-appointed bodyguard. She’s been part of the journey every step of the way.
We’re getting married in a small, beautiful chapel in Dahlonega, Georgia, surrounded by the people we love most. It’s going to be intimate, meaningful, and full of the little details that make it “us.”
We’re currently looking for a home to grow into—a place to build a family & make memories. Through everything, our love for each other, our families, and our faith has been the foundation. We’re so excited to begin this next chapter together.
