Will the Ceremony, Canape hour and Reception take place indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony, canape hour, and reception will all be held at Bimbadgen Palmers Lane.
If weather permits, the ceremony and canape hour will be held outdoors. There are wet weather options for both on-site, either under a pagola near the vineyards or within the reception hall.
Our reception will be held indoors regardless of the weather.
Are kids welcome?
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so that you can celebrate with us.
Can I bring a plus one?
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
What type of food and drink will be served?
Food, alcoholic beverages, and non-alcoholic beverages will begin to be served following the ceremony photos at 4.30pm.
Food served will include canapes throughout the canape hour and a 3-course meal at the reception.
Drinks served will include beer, wine, soft drink, coffee and tea.
How do I let you know about my dietary requirements/allergies?
No matter what your dietary requirement or allergy is, we will cater for you! Please make sure to fill in all dietary requirements and allergies when you RSVP through our website.
Can I take photos/videos throughout the ceremony?
Our ceremony will be an 'unplugged' ceremony, so if you can please refrain from taking photos and videos throughout the ceremony that would be appreciated. The purpose behind this is so that you can be truly present with us and our photographer has no problem capturing his shots.
However, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like during the reception!
When can I post photos on social media?
Although we encourage you to take and upload many photos of yourselves to social media, we please ask that you refrain from uploading photos of us until we have posted ourselves. We appreciate your understanding!
Have any blocks of rooms been reserved at a nearby hotel?
We have not reserved any accommodation, but there is plenty available. Please refer to the 'Accommodation & Transport' page for accommodation options.
