We met in High School and soon became friends. After a couple of years of friendship, Karina could no longer resist Blake's luscious afro and became Blake's girlfriend.
From year 10 to now, we have been each other's best friends. We have grown together as a couple for over 10 years and celebrated numerous birthdays, Christmases, graduations, formals, and holidays together. We are beyond excited for this new chapter together!
Blake's proposal plans were delayed due to the Covid-19 lockdown. So, in typical Blake and Karina fashion as we were worried about wedding venues being booked out, we started to get organised and began our search early.
On the 6th of November 2021, Blake and Karina visited Bimbadgen Palmers Lane as a potential wedding location. It was pretty much a sure thing before we got there, but we still wanted to make sure that it was the one.
Little did Karina know, Blake was planning for a little more. At the end of the tour, Blake and Karina visited a spot on the property that overlooked the vineyards rolling down the hill. This is where Blake got down on one knee and asked Karina to marry him. Karina of course said YES!
So Bimbadgen Palmers Lane has become a truly special location for us. Not only did we get engaged there but we will be married there too!
