Who needs a plated meal or buffet when you can have a food truck?! Each guest can go up to the food truck and order either 3 filling tacos of your choice or a mound of delicious (and also very filling) nachos! There will also be a self-serve table with Chips & Salsa as well as Chips & Espinaca Queso

Tacos:

1. Baja Chicken
Smoked chicken, arugula, jack cheese, pico, and cilantro-lime crema
2. Smoked Carnitas Pork
Braised Smoked Pork, Jack Cheese, Mango Slaw, Chili-Melba BBQ
3. Asada El Carbon
Grilled steak, pico, queso fresco, and chipotle crema

Nachos:
Choice of meat, espinaca queso, red beans, arugula, chipotle crema, pico n' queso fresco
