Q: With the current pandemic, are you still having your wedding?
A: Unfortunately not. In the midst of this pandemic, the safety and well being of our guests was top of mind.

Q: If I already booked my hotel room will I receive my money back?
A: Yes, for those that have already made reservations at the lodge within our block, rooms will automatically be cancelled and a full refund should be issued within a week or so. You do not need to call the hotel. Please contact the hotel directly if you haven't received your refund in a few weeks.

Q: Will you be streaming your ceremony virtually?
A: Yes, please join our Facebook Group where we will be setting up a Facebook Live event on July 25, 2020 (time TBD). 

Q: Are you going to postpone your large reception?
A: Ideally we'd like to, however we're not plan anything due to the uncertainty.

Getting there

By Air. Nearby airports: Albany (1 hour), Stewart (1 hour), JFK International (2.5 hour), LaGuardia (2 hour), Newark (2.5 hour)

By bus. Save gas... take the bus. With so many different bus options, you're certain to discover a hassle-free alternative to driving. Here's a list of charter bus companies and tour operators making runs to Hunter Mountain on a regular basis.

By Train. Taking the bus or driving are the most recommended ways to reach Hunter Mountain, but you can opt to ride Amtrak to nearby Hudson, NY. For Amtrak schedules and information, visit www.Amtrak.com

Getting Around. We recommend renting a car (or finding a friend who already has one) and enjoying the scenic drive from any of the airports along the Hudson River to the Catskills. There is so much to do in the region and having a car is the best way to explore. We recommend loading up any directions you will need ahead of time. Service can be spotty!
