Also one of my oldest friends back to elementary, the life of the party, keeps my stomach hurting from laughter, hardest worker in the room. The highlight of any girls trip, Always has quick and innovative solutions to any of life's little problems. I'm sure you will have the perfect fix to something wedding related before it's all over.
We met while working for the same company some 10 years ago… Still the only one personally who calls me by my first name. My party hardy, my club companion, my city neighbor, my "wake up at 5am before work for a free concert" road dog. Always down for any adventure; we used to have so much fun getting lost in the city. Happy Hour Power… My pool and pole fitness pal.
My brother and best man. This is Jeff: when I was 11, Dorito and his boys came looking for me – they were going to beat the crap out of me. While I hid in the house, Jeff went outside, and walked right up to them, "Leave my brother alone!" He was 6 years old! I don’t know if that is a little brother thing, but that’s Jeff.
Jake, Gregg, Jeff and I met at the bus stop on my first day of school when we moved to Suffern, and he’s been my best friend ever since. He’s the one to call if you help to hide the body, no questions asked (well, there might be some questions afterward but it is best you don't know, Jake). Do not let Jake’s tough talk fool you – he LOVES puppies!
Jason and I have been friends since high school. He was telling me about this girl he knew at NYIT – really nice, pretty, fun. Well, guess who’s marrying that girl (I don’t think that’s what J had in mind when he was telling me about her.) Jason’s creativity is so unique. He’s always got a project going. I’ve always known he was going to live his dream. He is Mr. Exclusive, after all.
Mike is my constant friend, always there. We actually met through Jason when we were in high school. It took a while, but eventually Mike and I became really good friends on our own. He has been my rock through all of life's obstacles, and I am certain that he will continue to be there no matter what. All I had to do was whisper something about a party, and he was ON IT!
Oh, Gregg. My brother from another mother. My main man. The yankee doodle to my dandy. One of the founding fathers of the sad tree. Gregg and I share the same competitive nature. It is that nature that pushes me to do better in all aspects of my life. It does not matter how much life tries to separate us, we always find our way back to each other without missing a beat!
