Our welcome party is not within walking distance of our preferred hotels so please plan ahead for your transportation.
Uber and Lyft are both readily available in the Scottsdale area to get you to the Welcome Party. If driving please carpool as much as possible.
Upon RSVP, if you're staying at 1 of 3 preferred hotels then we will have a shuttle to transport you to and from the Welcome Party. The shuttle will leave from the hotels at 5:45 P.M.
If you’re staying elsewhere, you must utilize Uber/Lyft.
Ride In Style

If you are a guest at one of the other 2 recommended hotels there will be a shuttle provided to get you to the ceremony site at Hyatt Regency. More information will become available closer to the date.
Please be fully present during our ceremony
We ask that upon arrival to respectfully turn off phones & cameras & keep them out of sight until you've walked over to cocktail hour.
Nontraditional Dinner
There will be food/ snack stations setup around the reception and appetizers will be served continuously throughout the night!
We will have childcare onsite.
Kids are welcomed during the ceremony & reception however we all know weddings can be exhausting for their little bodies. Parents, we would hate for you to travel all the way to celebrate with us only to have to leave at your kids bedtime.
If you indicate you're bringing children on your RSVP, you will be emailed important information regarding childcare details at a later date.
