We are very excited to have you join us for our wedding festivities. To make things simple and stress-free, we've hired a travel agent to help our guests arrange their accommodations and transfers. We've chosen to stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya, Cancun and want you to stay with us and enjoy the celebration!
Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
1. Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the form below. Don’t have 2 people in the same room fill out the form.
2. We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but some rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. We’ve quoted prices for groups of 2 below, but having 3 guests will bring the price per person down nominally.
3. To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please make your reservation with our agent as soon as possible!

HEAVEN Adults Only Section:
Picture a perfect day in paradise where you can enjoy spectacular views of turquoise waters in a luxe setting while you lounge at the new adults only Eden pool. The Eden pool offers walk in cabanas with full service, entertainment and a swim up bar. For dinner take a walk over to UMO, where you can experience traditional Mexican Yucatan cuisine. You can also enjoy WAI, which offers a modern twist on Thai flavors, and if you’re in the mood for a little bit of everything, our brand new self-serve restaurant, Faro, offers vast and delicious options from all over the globe. Wind down at Arribo Bar, where you can sip on specialty Jigger + Shaker craft cocktails. Give your day a perfect ending, and indulge in a late night dip in your newly remodeled swim up room.

*Words of Advice*
If you arrive at the resort before check-in time, you are able to utilize all the amenities (pool, restaurants, activities, etc.). Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize the resort while you wait for your room.

Go to “Accommodations” section and see which room category you would like to book and then click the BOOK YOUR ROOM HERE link where you will complete the booking form and your secure credit card authorization. *IMPORTANT* When completing the form, you are only required to complete those fields marked with a RED ASTERIK & the Credit Card Information. (Passenger is GUEST). A minimum non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is due at time of booking in order to secure your room (for solo traveler, deposit is $200).

Take Advantage of Our Monthly Payment Plan!
You don’t have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of the easy Monthly Payment Plan. It is interest-free! When making your reservation, indicate YES for the monthly payment plan option. We will send you a form to authorize Talavera Travel, LLC to charge your Debit or Credit Card for the specified amount each month on the 15th. If for some reason you are unable to make the payment that month, a notice in writing must be received by our office 5 business days prior to the withdrawl.

Your passport must be valid 6 months from the return date. Please check your expiration date to verify it is current. Every guest must have a valid passport. You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check in. If you do not have a passport or need to renew it, click the link below.
Note: Passport processing time has increased, causing delays in receiving passports. If you will be attending the wedding and need a first-time passport OR need to renew your passport, please do this early.
Routine processing time is about 10-12 weeks. Expedited Services: 5-7 weeks (maybe less).

Travel Protection is highly recommended. The average cost of your travel protection is about 10% of the total trip cost.*

Why do I need travel insurance? Because sometimes you have to cancel a trip last-minute.

Travel Protection can be purchased with or without Cancel for Any Reason Coverage (CFAR*). If you cancel your trip for any reason not otherwise covered by the plan, benefits will be paid for 75% of the Prepaid, forfeited, non-refundable Payments or Deposits you paid for your trip provided: a) Your payment for this Plan is received within 14 days of the date your Initial Payment or Deposit for Your Trip is received; and b) You cancel Your Trip two (2) days or more before Your Scheduled Departure Date. This Cancel for Any Reason Benefit does not cover: 1) penalties associated with any air or other travel arrangements not provided by Classic Vacations tour operator; or 2) the failure of Classic Vacations to provide the bargained-for Travel Arrangements due to cessation of operations for any reason.

It is important that you book your wedding room reservation inside the reserved group room block. When booking OUTSIDE of the group room block, you will be charged a fee by the resort to attend any pre-wedding private festivities and the wedding ceremony/reception itself. Antonise & Rakeem also earn valuable incentives as part of reserving the group block in advance TO guarantee availability and discounted pricing for you, their guests. By booking outside that block, you are impacting their ability to earn special perks. We ask that you please be mindful and book using Talavera Travel LLC for accommodations. We are your concierge service for seamless travel to Cancun. If you do not book through the group block, you will not have the services of Talavera Travel LLC.

When making your reservation you only need to complete the fields with a RED ASTERIK along with the credit card information. The non-refundable deposit amount required to book your room is $100.00 per adult ($200 for single occupancy). Rooms reserved at a discounted rate, are on a first-come, first serve basis. We will do our best to honor the discounted rate outside the reserved rooms, however, the early-booking discount and additional space is not guaranteed. Last day to book is JUNE 1, 2024 (FINAL RSVP DATE). A Second Deposit, 50% of total room amount is due on June 15, 2024. Final Payment is due July 15, 2024.

The discounted rate is an ALL-INCLUSIVE room rate and includes accommodations, meals/snacks, liquor, non-motorized water sports, taxes & fees. If you book at a different hotel/resort, you will not be able to partake in the activities leading up to the wedding and you will be charged a fee to attend the ceremony and reception. We are confident in our pricing but if you should find a lower price outside of Talavera Travel LLC for the same components (land & transfers) please allow us an opportunity to match the price. We would like to do our best to keep family and friends at the same resort to celebrate with Antonise & Rakeem.

Lastly, when booking your reservation please ensure to fill out the Credit Card Authorization form and include your credit card CID code, as it is the last step of the reservation process.
